   I went to the pharmacy with my mum two days ago, my mum was very upset and distraught she wanted to talk to the pharmacist about symptoms she was experiencing. She went into the consultation room to discuss while I waited outside for her (the actual pharmacist herself was lovely) however the three women behind the counter were blatantly gossiping and laughing about me it was so unprofessional I could hear them talking about me and discussing me like I wasn’t standing near them. This made the whole experience bad, this was my regular pharmacy but after the experience I definitely won’t be going back. A shame they have such immature girls working behind the counter.

   Excellent staff very helpful. The chemist is allways polite and extremely helpful. I have been to a lot of different chemist thought the SL area and over the years, without doubt this chemist is above the 5 star rating probably the best in SL area.

   All the staff that work here are really friendly, efficient and helpful. Its always clean, well stocked and lots of variety of products. There are flu jabs available and a private room if you want to ask for advise. They are Covid aware and you feel protected in there.

   My whole experience must have lasted about 60 seconds. I walked in to an empty shop and was eventually greeted by a woman rushing to get her coat on, presumable to go home. I politely enquired if she sold the product I was looking for. I was met with a snotty attitude. She looked at me as if I killed her whole family and gave me an aggressive "No!". No recommendations on where to find said product or anything like that. Just left with an awkward silence. Don't waste your time with this place. Even if it's 60 seconds.
