Went for a Flu jab last week and spoke to the gentleman about an ear suction. He said ring next Tuesday for a time and we will fit you in on that day When I rang the girl said come back next Tuesday then hung up Shut this shop with immediate effect as they are totally incompetent and have no conduct or code of practice
Clearly states on their signage and website page that they are open on a Saturday until 12.30pm. Nipped up for medicines at 11.55am. Closed!!! Absolutely disgusting that they can't keep to the stated opening hours. They have reduced their opening hours which doesn't help people who can only now get medicines on a weekend.
I ‘am really annoyed 3 times l have been to the chemist to collect my antibiotics . Each time they said it’s not come in and it be in this afternoon. It’s a joke! They are really are incompetent. It’s not the first time l am never getting my prescription there again! .
Never have the medication in stock even giving them 12 days notice they always say it’s not in stock. This happened on 4 occasions , they are not at all helpful, i have now moved to another pharmacy never had to wait for my medication and are very friendly.
They are very unhelpful i am partially Sighted And had to go back 3 times for my asthma inhaler. I got it home and realised I didn't know how to get it to dispence I called them up rhe lass went to talk to the pharmacist who said I would have to go back again when I said he only need to explain it but he was apparently unavailable Let's hope I don't now have a asthma attack before I can get me a d the trusted white stick back hey
The staff are very busy, so sometimes not always a fast experience at peak times obviously, but they do try to be speedy.
i have been dealing with this pharmacy on a regular basis through my post. The staff are always polite and helpful. I mostly deal with Osman on a daily basis. I always have found Osman as a true gentleman, who always goes out of his way to help us and always goes that extra mile for his service users. A job well done Osman
Waiting 10 minutes before receptionist came out said they were busy on the the phone must have more than 1 receptionist

3rd strike and out... Despite complaining about the appalling service and a promise that it would be dealt with, nothing has changed. My meds where processed on the 10th yet on the 13th I had to call in only to find out that it's been sat there without notifying me. I have opted for any future prescriptions to be sent to an alternative chemist.
