   We had the great stay Spires Apartments, Cardiff during a recent visit to Cardiff. Although the location is a tad out of town, it is very walkable. We had out of office check-in, and the communication prior to check-in was brilliant and very clear and helpful. The apartment was immaculate - clean, tidy and well equipped. While we were there, the central heating and hot water broke down. However, the duty manager Gary(?), had it sorted very quickly and kept us up-to-date with the progress. We would definitely stay at Spires Appartment when visiting Cardiff again.

   Great place in a just off the central location so is lovely and quiet but only 5min walk to the buzz of the centre. Room we had was lovely but was a little tired and was in need of a paint. Lovely and clean with kitchen amenities. Parking also good at £15 for the night and also on street parking right behind the building too.

   The room.was well appointed and very clean, with everything I needed in the kitchen and plenty of space. There was a table and chairs, a sofa, bed and separate bathroom built into a corner of the room. Getting in was easy and it was well situated. There's a nice cafe across the road and a lovely park behind the building. The room was incredibly airless, hot and stuffy, even though an air con unit had been provided, as the window only opened 2 inches. This was the only negative. I booked a few months in advance for a week long conference and it was good value for money and very adequate. No views and placed on a busy road, so not scenic or romantic.

   I stayed at The Spires in Cardiff from Wednesday until Friday while working in the city, and it was a great experience. The apartment was very clean, well-presented, and offered excellent value for money. The location is spot on – close to everything you’d need, which made my stay really convenient. I’d also like to mention the gentleman on reception, who was extremely helpful and made check-in and the whole stay very easy. Overall, it was a great stay. I’d highly recommend The Spires Cardiff and will definitely use it again in the future.

   Spent 2 nights in apartment 1 which was clean, modern and with a separate lounge/kitchen. Location was great and within close proximity of city centre and pubs along cathedral road… cf11 a must for gin and rum drinkers :) Booking process and check in process was smooth. Richard and Alex on reception were personable and very welcoming. Will definitely be coming back here again :)

   Made a booking, provided card details, phoned up on the day to check and been told my booking was cancelled, as the first part of their inane booking process was just reservation and not payment. Now I'm stuck, thanks a lot.

   Clean, functional (great kitchen facilities in the studio), comfy (good bed!), and an excellent location for visiting Cardiff. Easy walk into town, and also access to the water taxi to the bay from Bute Park (although that stops fairly early - a taxi back from the bay is not expensive).

   We stayed for 4 nights and we loved it. Rooms are newly renovated and had everything we needed. Located near the city center and also near bute park which is very enjoyable. Check in and check out was very easy.

   Just like a hotel - only better! Apartment 7 has separate bedroom, kitchen with lounge, and non-plastic shower. Only slight minus is funny hangers. Big plus is plenty of USB charging points!
