Steve is a wonderful organised host. He was easy to get hold of and very accommodating when I asked for an extra night. Good vicinity, parking permits arranged, clean and comfortable. I would stay again. We had the one bedroom with sleep sofa in the lounge.
We stayed one night at this apartment-style inn in Cardiff and it was a great experience. The space was clean, comfortable, and felt very safe. It was a bit small, but perfect for a short stay. There were two bedrooms, and each had both a bed and a fold-out couch—plenty of room for the five of us. The shower was phenomenal! Would definitely stay again.
Brilliant last minute stay at Inn Cardiff. Had overseas family visiting and they wanted to see some of Wales during their visit. We found Inn Cardiff online and after a quick chat on the phone with Steve to check availability, we booked up for a few nights. Brilliant location- walkable into the city. Very comfortable beds and enough space for 3 adults. Modern thoughtful decor, very cosy. Lovely bathroom area and fab outside garden access in the flat we had. Felt safe and secure. Had a kettle, fridge and microwave option and a lovely box of welcome snacks for us. Would 300% recommend and would absolutely return as often as my a/l allows! DiolchynFawr Steve!
Loved our stay in the Caernarfon Suite. The room and space was very thought out enough space for up to 6 people ( we only had 3) without being on top of eachother and able to relax. The welcome pack with all the details of Steve and Hafina, the Inn and local attractions was perfect and we'll thought out especially for people who are new to Cardiff. The room it's self was lovely and clean, and very well decorated with a real home feeling to it, extra points for the beautiful cow canvas we loved that. The water, Milk, and treats where a cute add on that just shows how much Steve and Hafina care about their guests. The communication before and during our stay was amazing , I had a few questions and Steve was quick and polite at answering them which helped with my over all experience. 10/10 would recommend to anyone who is visiting Cardiff the price is fantastic for what you get and I cant wait to come back.
Great accommodation. On street parking. Which is hard to get in Cardiff. Apartment was lovely and clean and very spacious. Nice touch was proper milk to go with tea/coffee. Even had specialty tea. Before during and after communication from the hosts was excellent. Definitely a 5* rating from us. Only downside was the event we had booked to see Bute Park was cancelled due to flooding. But would definitely book to stay here again
Lovely room with all the basics you need and more. Location is perfect if you want to explore Cardiff City centre and Castle. Loads of restaurants and pubs 10 min ish walking.
The lady that prepared our room was absolutely lovely and helpful, the room was excellent and extremely clean, we all had a lovely cosy comfortable sleep, the location is perfect being extremely close to the centre. It’s so perfect a location that I needed an emergency wisdom tooth out and St David’s Hospital is 2 mins away. Lovely area close to the city, handy parking close by. Rooms are lovely with comfortable bed and lounge to relax. Very clean would recommend again. All at a reasonable price.
I’m genuinely confused by these reviews and I don’t like to be negative but I feel the need to share my experience after booking a stay for me and two friends, which was not at all as expected. Upon arrival me and my friends spent some time considering moving to alternative accommodation due to the dirt, mould, dried blood on the wall etc. Due to a local event there was no availability elsewhere so we had no choice but to stay. The accommodation in which we stayed was NOT clean. There was a lot of mould in the shower, a broken shower hook, mould around windows, dirty bed skirts, broken door hooks, dirty windows, cobwebs down the side of the bed etc. It really was disgusting and I was embarrassed as I booked the accommodation in good faith on behalf of my friends. I received an email from the accommodation after our stay asking for us to raise any issues with them, at which point I raised all of these issues including photos. No solution was offered and I was told they would take it up with their cleaners. I don’t feel this to be satisfactory customer service, far from it. Subsequently I followed this up booking.com who contacted the Inn and, yet again, they refused to offer any solution or compensation. I’m really disappointed by their lack of cleanliness and customer service. I would urge anyone who wants to stay in clean accommodation to AVOID this accommodation. Me and my friends feel really let down.
Well appointed suite. I stayed in Caerphilly suite which had two full bedrooms, small common area with a small fridge, microwave, kettle and amenities. Bathroom is very spacious and outfitted with everything you would need. Less than ten minute walk to Queen St, City Hall, many Arcades and shipping centres. Cardiff University campus is not far off either. If I'm ever in Cardiff again this is where I hope to stay.
