Loved the apartment, spacious and comfortable. Very happy staying here and will be back in the future. Only slight issue was water temperature in shower, slightly too hot for my partner.
Amazing stay! Couldn't have needed more in the room! Staff are so lovely. Cleaning could do with slight review! Especially shower trap. Dust under bed and bedside tables. Will definitely recommend and return!
Stayed in room 2 last weekend, lovely room with everything you need including a TV with freeview, Netflix, iPlayer etc which was super helpful as it was raining all weekend! Perfectly located with town about a 2 minute walk away and the access system with codes is so much better than trying to remember your key / card all the time. Cleaning is good and shared facilities include a washer and dryer if you need it. There's no parking but we found some for cheap on justpark.
When we were going back the first night two guys were threatening and harassing an older couple right down the street. They were seemingly going to mug them, as best we could tell, until we came walking down and they left the other way quickly. It was so scary I had to stay up bc my wife couldn’t sleep. I tried to contact them for two days, as did the booking company and nobody would respond. I called the emergency number, for that and bc it took me about 15 min of repeatedly entering the alarm company code before it would let us in the building and it just kept saying the number was disconnected. My intl calling plan is not good so each call wasn’t cheap, bc I didn’t plan on having to call anybody. It was only for emergencies, haha. We feel like we are being held hostage by this place and there is nothing we can do. Nobody responds to us or the management company. Luckily for me my father just fell twenty feet off a ladder so we may have to leave anyway, whether they can do anything to help us or not. Run Away from this place and there horrific management. It was my first time in Cardiff and we were very excited, had heard wonderful things. This experience has been so bad I don’t know if we would ever come back.
Stayed for the Wales v Ireland rugby, very close to the stadium, but impossible to be not! Was a good place albeit the room was a little in the small side but gave everything you need. Needs a good maintenance overhaul as cupboards and shelves had collapsed but the free bottle of water helped!! The use of the shared kitchen and outside covered garden with heater was a nice touch but asheme there were no views. Would recommend the place for friends visiting Cardiff for the rugby.
