They have been so wonderful and welcoming to us new cat parents and our newly adopted kitty Coco. Lovely staff who made me feel very welcome. Got my bun neutered here and I am very pleased with the care and service! They are also quick to respond to email enquiries and happy to answer any concerns which is great. Would definitely recommend! (bun having a post-neuter nap)

Absolutely fantastic Vets! They welcome our cat and made her feel calm. The whole thing was so thoughtful and professional. I was so impressed. Then afterwards we discussed some healthcare plans and the lady at reception was honest and said that it would not be ideal for our needs given that our cat is indoors. I really appreciated the honesty. Highly recommend these guys!
Sadly our second guinea pig died and we brought it to the vet for communal cremation. The receptionist who was friendly could not select the small animal cremation option and no vet was present to assist. We decided then to pay the cremation charge for large animals with the understanding to get reimbursed for the overcharge the following day when the vet was back in. To our surprise, the vet let us know that they charge now flat cremation rates regardless of the animal ... in our case this resulted in being charged 3x the typical charge. Not happy!
Called looking for our puppy, Hank’s, first vaccine. Absolutely great service, helped organise all 3 appointments on the phone - easy as anything. First vaccine done and microchip in. Hank was at ease, and me too, such lovely staff. This vet is out of our way but willing to make the trip for such a good experience at the vet.
