We had an incredible stay in the Peacock Suite at Warwick Castle. Our private tour with Ben was amazing. He was very knowlegable, answered our questions, and provided unique historical tidbits while giving a fun, educational tour. We loved it. Our concierge service and staff were exceptional from start to finish. Shout out to Jordan for helping us find our way to the rampart walls that night! After hours at the castle was such a unique experience. It was like being transported back in time! We enjoyed walking the castle grounds, taking pictures, and getting an insider's perspective. With Christmas lights up, it was exceptionally beautiful. Our room was gorgeous! The cathedral-style ceilings were incredible! The room was warm and comfortable despite being a cold December night. We enjoyed our complimentary champagne and Warwick Castle guidebook. The bathrooms (one with a toilet and sink, and the other with a bathtub and shower) had heated floors and were lovely. The only improvement would be to knock down some cobwebs on the ceiling, and there was a little dust on the tops of the curtains, though it didn't affect our stay. We had an amazing night in the Peacock suite. Upon arrival, we received a gold card that gave us access to the grounds and a discount on souvenirs. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and took advantage of the discount. Our private parking was convenient. I will warn, however, that you have to take your luggage from the car park across the grounds to the tower (which has winding castle stairs up to your suite), so guests may want to be mindful of that when packing. Our suitcase was big and heavy, and we wished we had packed less. Breakfast in the dining room was so nice. We also had the opportunity to wander the castle before others arrived which was wonderful. Our tea time was also nice. Good food and tea, and lots of light streamed through the conservatory windows. Overall, our stay was memorable and everything we hoped it would be. We would do it again and highly recommend it for other travelers. What an incredible experience!

Spent a night in the Rose suite and it was stunning but with a few issues (hence the dropped star). The room, as the photos show, is stunning and certainly felt like a once-in-a-lifetime stay. The concierges who helped us were all very friendly and seemed genuinely keen to help us have a good stay. There are two suites and the Rose is above the Peacock one, with it giving direct access to the battlements. Either way, the access to the castle after hours was amazing and we had a wonderful stroll along the battlements when no-one else was around. With more light it is a great time to take some photos. The breakfast that was provided in the morning was brilliant and the concierge, again, made it very easy and stayed out of the way so it was just the two of us. This also gave some time in the house without guests for more photos. The dropped star is due to two things. Firstly, your door is one the path people use to leave the battlements walk. People will see a door and try to get in so it must always be kept locked. The constant interruption and chatter during open hours was an irritation. I would recommend planning to not be in the room during open hours. The second item is cleanliness. Whilst the big things were clean, like floor/bed/shower, anything more out-of-the-way was very dusty and for the price charged it felt like there was a lack of attention to detail. Fundamentally though, would I recommend people do this? Absolutely, it's an amazing experience that is very hard or impossible to find anywhere else.

The room is phenomenal in the tower - we had Ellie and Zack for concierge service and couldnβt have been more helpful or lovely. We had a slight snafu with shower gel (finding the bottle empty after already washing hair) and Zach ran up with a new bottle in what seemed like seconds!!! You people have superpowers Iβm sure The amenities, the surroundings, the lovely staff - all made it so unique and wonderful I couldnβt recommend it enough. Last but not least, the private history tour - if you have the absolute pleasure of having the tall and beautiful Andrew being your guide, youβre going to fall in love. The amount of knowledge this man holds is phenomenal!!! He can list off years and explain battles with the same gusto, information and enthusiasm as the salacious gossip of the last few hundred years of the estateβs family. My jaw was permanently on the floor and I have not enjoyed learning so much in forever. He is an absolute gem of an employee and made us love Warwick Castle so much more.

We stayed for two nights and it was a very unique experience. The food that was included with the stay was fabulous and the concierge staff went above and beyond. The rooms are very luxurious, and the complementary bottle of Prosecco was a great welcome gift. Something to bear in mind is that the stay is in a medieval tower, so yes itβs a very unique place for a getaway and one of a kind experience! But also, the stay IS in a medieval tower - so there are narrow stairs that lead to the room. The staircase is open to general castle visitors so access can be tricky due to crowds, it can also be quite loud outside of the room door during peak times.

Wow what an experience!!! My wife decided to book us a unique over night stay. What is more unique than an actual castle. Set in the beautiful Warwick castle we staying in the Rose suite which is located at the top of the tower. Upon entering the room you get a real historic feel with a four poster bed and a put you up bed for my daughter. Whilst the room had an historic look there were quirky modern extras like a TV that rises from the bottom of the bed. I must say the concierge Erin, Jordan and Elle were exceptional, nothing was too much and when we asked for extra things it wasn't a problem. After the public leave you have access to the castle (towers, around the ground like peacock gardens and where the Falconery/trebuchet are) it's such a surreal experience! Included is breakfast which is in the state room, again so surreal! A room where such people as royalty have dined, also your name gets added to the guest list of people who have dined there....cool! Also included is afternoon tea which was delightful and again no problem when we had issues with changing things on the menu (fussy daughter). With your room stay you also get a tower suite card which gives you 20% off around the castle and a personal 1 hour tour before the public arrive. George was great and so informative. You also have a dungeon tour included. The grounds itself is well maintained, no rubbish flying around and all staff are very friendly and happy to help. To sum up, Warwick Castle suits should be added to your list of unique holidays. We paid Β£640 but honestly, it is 100% worth it.........book now!

By far the best experience ever! We stayed in the Rose Suite, and it was amazing! From the moment we arrived until we left, we were very well looked after. I'd highly recommend the Tower Suites to any couple wanting a romantic getaway.

...unique accommodations INSIDE Warwick Castle within Caesars Tower; only two deluxe suites with ensuite, each on its own floor; perfect for a getaway for yourselves and the family (Rose Suite, red motif, max 4), or a private getaway for two (Peacock Suite, blue motif, max 2); four-posters in each, trundle beds for the kids; walk out onto the battlements; limited hotel services (its a medieval castle!), but the history, location, and view make up for it, as well as the amenities from the castle attraction itself (all inclusive: preferred parking, admissions, meals, VIP tours.) Short walk to parking, restaurant, snacks; High Street central Warwick is close by.
