   This is a review for every boots really. The new points system makes me sick to the core. It takes years to accumulate points and you can’t even spend them when you want to. Best believe I will be spending them all, closing my account and finding my way to Superdrug.

   Just went to collect a prescription which they couldn't prescribe because it has to be from a hospital. Fair enough. Tried buying a few toiletries whilst there and it came to £22.36. I only had £20 cash on me and my Google pay wasnt working. I had five of these shower gels at £2.25 charged to me at £2.75. So turns out I did have enough money. Left with 3 shower gels rushing to pick up my dinner but due to the time wasted the place was shut. Would steer clear can't even keep labels in a shop up to date wouldn't trust them with healthcare.

   Dreadful.. All the staff completely ignore you, and walk away as you approach the tills?? The young lady at the pharmacy stood coughing into the air, and picking her nails (very hygienic) she then took ages putting stickers onto some boxes of pills before bothering to look at me! Zero politeness and then the pharmacy thinks it ok to talk about your medication in front of the other customers waiting (no it's NOT) Great store if you're invisible and in no hurry

   This boots has taken a serious nosedive into terrible service. Something has changed within their system of available medicines and has caused major issues in getting extremely important prescription medicines. I have had 3 incidents of either orders not processing or important medicines I have been receiving from them for 3 years now not being available. On each occasion I have asked to speak with the manager. Hoping this will be the third time lucky as I finally spoke with a helpful member of staff today who explained why things aren’t available due to their system (not the manufacturer of the medicines as one staff member told me) and has left my contact details to the manager again to contact me on their return. So let’s see if that happens. I would give the member of staff I spoke with today a 5 star review as they are the only staff member who has been any help this year so far but unfortunately they are a rare diamond in what seems to be a stressful environment

   Great local boots. The male pharmacist is outstanding. Personable, knowledgable and incredibly accommodating. Communication on prescription arrivals is appreciated and helpful. Service can be a little slow on the main counter but not the end of the world!

   I bought products worth 16 pounds and such, in addition to waiting a long time, I asked for the receipt, and they just told me that the print roll had run out. They simply apologized, but they couldn't give the purchase receipt. I ask. Is it legal? And to be honest, they need to have a little bit of humiliate and more friendliness to the customer.

   A nice little store that has a bit of everything you will need. It’s used by myself and my partner for prescriptions, I recently had to collect a bee type of inhaler - the pharmacist took me right through it making sure I understood the process. Stockists of perfume, aftershave, hairspray, hair products, men’s bathroom shizzle, etc etc. There’s also a weight machine should you wish to use it.
