I bought soft tip darts which on the first throws and broke when they bounced out and hit the floor. Then told me they were not covered for hitting the floor and could the product wasn't covered. Hides behind suppliers. Awful retailer and not to be trusted
Snide 40 quid dartboard. The reviews ring true guys something dodgey happening here. My dartboard colours are off the font is off the bullseye is badly alligned too.
Used their eBay account to buy a product. They dispatched it on 23rd Nov 2022 after I bought that morning. Gave a royal mail tracking code which never worked. They argued they had dispatched it and its delayed. On 2nd Dec 2022 they then changed the tracking code to a DPD one to one which was delivered on the 22nd (a previous order I made). They don't understand that they are scammers and argued my order was delivered. How can an order I made on the 23rd Nov 2022 be delivered on the 22nd Nov 2022? Just a poor company who try and scam their customers! Luckily ebay refunded me but I'd avoid this company at all costs!

Thanks for getting my hopes up about a product you don’t have. Reading these reviews it looks like you guys do this a lot.
Don't buy from them. They took my money, sent the wrong product and then didn't respond to my phone calls or emails to exchange or return the product. (I paid for soft/padded hand weights for running; they sent hard plastic weights). A WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY.
Good, friendly service with plenty of stock. I drove 80 miles to buy kickboxing equipment from this shop and would do it again. Would definitely recommend
Awful experience in dealing with these. Ordered a Mitre Delta replica football for online delivery and received a black Wilson NFL ball. No invoice was included in the package. Contacted them and received an email asking me to send it back using the attached delivery note and it would be replaced. No delivery note attached to the email. Get that fixed, send it back, and wait 10-12 days, hearing nothing. Contact them again asking where my order. Get told they received the NFL ball, but never reprocessed my order and they offer me a refund. I tell them I don’t want a refund, I just want my original order...refund gets processed! I’m sure this could very well be a one off on Topranks part, due to the good reviews they have had. It’ll also be a one off on my part, as I won’t be using them again.
