   The host is absolutely lovely, and the room convenient and comfy. We were in the family room where you can hear the front door and the road, but you can't hear any of the upstairs guests, so I'd just recommend bringing some earplugs if you're a light sleeper. The breakfast was great and very well done so it is ready for your slot. I'd definitely like to come again!

   Meryl was a wonderful host! She has sent the instructions well in advance and gave me a call on the day. Room was small, but tidy and practical enough. Good continental breakfast too!

   Me and partner stayed for the first time in wales. Meryl was very welcoming and accommodating. We came here to see the sights of Gavin and Stacey for my 40th birthday. When I came down for breakfast the morning of my birthday came the surprise of a bottle of processco and some cupcakes. Meryl was also very knowledgeable and gave us a few ideas of places to go and visit. We will be definitely be staying here again and highly recommended.

   Stayed for 1 night with my partner and the room was very clean and smart. Didn't meet the host, and only spoke briefly over the phone when we arrived (to find out which room we're in), but I guess we didn't need to meet them as we had no issues. They did offer a continental breakfast but we chose to go down to Barry Island Beachfront and get a full english instead. No complaints with the stay from me, recommended.

   A warm welcome. A lovely place to stay. Beautifully decorated and a really great bedroom with coffee/tea facilities and comfortable bed. So stylish and great decor. The bathroom has a great power shower. Delicious breakfast - cereals, bread, pastries and juices. Highly recommend.
