   Great Hotel. Price awesome. Breakfast top Dollar. Me. And my Dog had the best weekend. Staff amazing. Ok a little tired in places however great location, Friendly staff and a happy dog makes this my West Country go to.

   A fantastic location on the Seafront with lovely staff throughout. They go above and beyond to look after blind customers as well as a first class service to all patrons. A free breakfast was provided which was absolutely delicious and a special thanks to Sophie & Everlina for their most kind hospitality. I would thoroughly recommend this establishment to anyone who visits Weston Super Mare.

   I like this hotel. The staff I encountered were friendly and helpful and, because I like dogs, I enjoyed seeing loads of them everywhere. Breakfast was good quality and plentiful. It’s true that the place is looking a little tired in places but it’s excellent value.

   The hotel has a fantastic location across the road from the promenade and seafront. The room was adequate and furnished well However, there are aspects of the decor within the room and the hotel that is tired and requires some tender loving care. Some of the decoration and furniture coverings could be easily renewed or repaired. However, this appears to be overlooked. Staff are excellent delightful and helpful . The hotel manager appears disinterested unfortunately however was polite. The grounds are well kept as is the car park area. Little tweaks and some decoration in high traffic areas could be then changer for this hotel. I would stay here again by dog friendly and extremely accessible for those with poor mobility lifts and ramps to the main entrance as well maintained and clear. Breakfast and evening meals are provided they are well priced well presented and very tasty. Better quality than nearby restaurants and also better priced. We will Visit again and hope that some decoration has taken place and the communal areas have been tidied up . Please replace the worn out stools and torn soft furnishings.

   Nice clean hotel central to Weston-super-Mare. There is free parking here but on our visit there was no no free spaces at all. The room we had was clean, comfortable and nicely furnished. The staff are friendly and helpful and the food served in the dining room is adequate. It's extremely dog friendly here with a short walk to the beach and shops close by.

   Clean spacious room. Good location, right by the beach! Excellent breakfast. Helpful and kind staff. I read some reviews regarding the decor and yes some areas of the hotel are dated however it does explain on the website that they are currently re decorating the hotel. Would definitely stay here again!!
