“Maisie has the time of her life on her visits and stays here. Kim and team are incredibly experienced and do so much to keep her engaged and enriched. She loves the wonderful walks and playtime with the other day trippers and happy camper dogs, such a fantastic opportunity to socialise. Photo and video updates are lovely to receive. Would give 10 Stars ⭐️ if I could. Cannot recommend highly enough.”

“My partner and I are just back after a 2 night stay, fantastic hotel! Andrew was really friendly and we were made to feel really welcome. Perfect location, very short walk to seafront but enough that it was peaceful. Fantastic view from our room too! Clean and modern room with homely/historic feel throughout rest of hotel. Would definitely recommend and will stay again.”

“My husband and I stayed overnight on a Tuesday evening. The experience was lovely, the hotel is charming and has a great atmosphere of a beautiful home. The greeting upon arrival by Charles (we think) was friendly and helpful as was our departure the next day by a lovely efficient young lady. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay - there were a few light bulbs not working in our room but nothing that detracted. The bed was super cosy and comfy. We had a delicious evening meal, and a lovely breakfast before we departed. Long may owner run hotels survive. Super impressed, keep up the good work. Thanks for a great stay. Mr & Mrs Chase.”

“Second time visiting here and great staff,very polite and helpful. Lovely view too, Dogs are allowed which is nice to see. And the food was lovely. I would recommend but I know they are closing but not sure if new buyers are keeping it as a restaurant, I hope they do.”

“Have just come home after a short break with my wife and children. Absolutely lovely hotel. Breakfast was brilliant, For breakfast you place your order the night before and it's cooked fresh for you once you come down for it, but this is for a few reasons the main perk of which is it arrives hot, and fresh unlike you get at the buffet style and added bonus to that is the fried eggs are not rubbery. The owners were a lovely friendly couple and come across as if they are running the hotel for the love of it and not just in it for the money. Nothing appeared to be to much for them, even having a laugh as I was apologising for my wife spilling coffee all over the floor and the only thing to hand to mop it up was one of their lovely clean white towels. They appear to also love the WSM part of the country and full of local knowledge as to where to go depending on what you want to do. Having visited Western Super Mare a number of times this hotel ranks as an 11 out of 10 compared to others we've stayed at in the area and 15 out of 10 against your travel lodge / premier Inn type places so much so we have already pre-booked the same few days for next year. Have just asked my sons about the stay and they said that they are excited to be going back to the same place next year. Now for them to come even remotely near saying something like that is a miracle. The only thing they could fault was the phone signal for 5g internet but this is totally out of the hotels control and they have rectified this the best they can with free wi-fi from within the hotel. As a message to the owners "Thank you once again for helping to make our stay in Weston even more enjoyable than it normally is, and we will see you next year"”

“Staff are all very friendly. Their accommodation is very clean and the rooms are very big good value for money. It’s about a mile out of the centre but is a nice walk along the prom.”

“I like this hotel. The staff I encountered were friendly and helpful and, because I like dogs, I enjoyed seeing loads of them everywhere. Breakfast was good quality and plentiful. It’s true that the place is looking a little tired in places but it’s excellent value.”

“Absolutely outstanding service from John and Steven! From the moment we got there they were extremely accommodating. My moms disabled and I was a little apprehensive booking this property due to the accessibility but they went above and beyond to help my mom and make her comfortable. They are extremely welcoming, and the hotel was very homely. The views were amazing and the breakfast was top notch. Highly recommend staying here and we will be back very soon!”

“Warm room, amazing view of the sea. Restaurant downstairs, I booked via booking dot com, received 20% discount on the restaurant below. It is within a few minutes of the pier and dozens of arcades and food places, restaurants, pubs. I initially booked this to go on a trip to the Island nearby but was cancelled due to the weather. Still had a lovely time in the area.”

“We stayed here the night before an early flight from Bristol airport, only 20-30 minutes away that time of the morning. This travelodge is everything you would expect from a travelodge. It was clean and welcoming, there is ample free parking and EV charging stations. Across the carpark is the Landing Light, a Marstons pub which was busy but very spacious, would recommend booking beforehand as we noticed that some walk ins couldn't be accommodated.”

“I travel a lot for work and have stopped in premier inns all around the country I have to say the service from staff was amazing, extremely friendly and attentive. The on site restaurant was great, you could tell the staff where aware and communicated back to the kitchen when to serve the next dish so you wasn't waiting long. Food was hot and freshly cooked, it really was the best premier inn I've stopped at for this couldn't fault staff and food that came out Great room (stopped in premier plus) some minor marks and wear to room but it's to be expected from a busy hotel, can't fault it today be honest Thank you for the great stay”

“My family and I stopped at the restaurant for drinks and food. This is a really nice place and the food was really nice. They have a good choice of drinks to choose from, and they had Murphy stout on draught. There is plenty of seating inside and out. The staff were really nice and friendly.”

“Room was clean and tidy beds were comfortable and. Was given clean towels everyday By a nice friendly lady also tea, coffee and milk. Was made to feel welcome on arrival. The hotel was nice and relaxing and secure. I would be happy to go again.”

“We have just spent 3 nights at The Royal and after reading the reviews I was very apprehensive about what it would be like so my expectations were not very high. I was pleasantly surprised on arrival and our room was lovely. Large room, comfy bed and nice bathroom. It was cleaned to a high standard every day. The staff were all very friendly and food was good. I would definitely stay there again.”

“This is a great place to go on a Saturday evening (if you fancy a different saturday evenin out)as they do karaoke and you can sing along or even go have ago at singing, (no one judges you) an you can let your hair down, the stay are lovely and friendly too... In the evenings through the summer months its a great place to stay with sea views an live entertainment and seating outside too.”

“This place is huge!! Food was good too. Burgers were slightly overdone, chips were nice. Everything else well cooked and pretty standard for a wetherspoons. Sitting outside with a sea view on the terrace is lovely. Could spend hours here.”

“Had a good stay. Staff in reception helpful and sorted an issue immediately. Housekeeping staff were lovely. Yes, the rooms are hot but fans are provided in the room and the windows had been left open prior to us arriving. Comfy bed, good choice of pillows, duvet was like a weighted blanket! En-suite was very clean, towels were plentiful. On-site parking is a bonus, breakfast was ok.”

“Bedroom perfectly comfortable and clean but could do with attention to dated window frames that allowed a little cold in. However, along with a standard radiator a freestanding electric one is supplied. Communal areas of reception, the bar and dining hall are all very tasteful. The greatest asset of this hotel is the staff who are so obliging and friendly. A super breakfast with friendly staff sets each day off perfectly. The evening meals are of a very high standard all served with a pleasant rapport. We may have arrived curtesy of a bargain coach holliday but were treated like we arrived in a Bentley.”
