BED BUGS. Don't risk it. Discovered several crawling on both beds in the room late at night. Called the front desk, they apologized and put me in another room. The next morning I brought it to the hotel manager and she had no idea that I had moved to a new room or why. They clearly had not discussed the bed bug situation, which makes me think it happens more often than it should, and that it's most likely part of a large infestation. She begrdugingly refunded me my 110 dollars or so for the night. Since I was traveling on an international flight back home the next day I was advised by pest control to throw away all of my belongings. All of the clothes, souvenirs, makeup etc that I had come with were discarded. I had to buy new clothes and all kinds of things just to make it back home without looking absolutely insane. I'm still afraid I brought something home. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. There are other hotels in the area.

Rooms not large but well equipped. The tea tray was a bit on the stingy side, 4 tea bags 2 coffee but no biscuits. Food in the restaurant was a good choice and very well cooked. Drinks were not overly expensive either. Lift only holds 2 people at a time

Had last minute booking as our previous booking at Atlantic Hotel down road was cancelled when we were checking in. Thankfully the The Royal Grosvenor had a family room available. As expected it was rated 2 star and that's what we got. No frills room , but roomy enough fr 3 adults for a night. Everything in room was reasonably tidy and clean. Shower room was OK as well. Had nice sea views from third floor windows down beachfront. Close to CBD , cafes & restaurants , beach/ promenade across the road. No aircon, could be hot in peak summer, to noisy to have window open. Breakfast was OK , adequate . Overall had reasonable stay.

Great location near the sea front. Had a single room which was a good size for one person, not cramped like some single rooms. Had a very bad cold and appreciated the Hotel let me have my room earlier than the normal check-in time of 14.00 hours. Very clean. Had all I needed in the room.

The staff were very helpful, taking my case up to Amy toom and bringing it down again as my room was inaccessible by the lifts there. Breakfast was tasty and plenty of it. There was some free parking spaces there too which was great as I struggle to walk far. The hotel was right on the sea front and next door to the venue I was attending at The Winter Gardens and The Royal Hotel too. The bar always seemed to be open for guests and was well utilised. The hotel was cosy and clean and a reasonably priced too I would recommend it to anyone else wanting to visiting Weston Super Mare.

Really accommodating with my disabled needs, bit outdated does need a bit of an upgrade, shower was OK, staff were very accommodating and frieny. The room was lovely and the bathroom, clean and tidy. Felt very rushed though as check out was 10.30 and the cleaner is trying to enter at 10.25 sometimes it takes a bit longer another couple felt rushed as well. I understand have job to do. Parking was OK but not the best.

It was as expected. Really nice receptionist on the Saturday but a miserable old goat on the Sunday. Old fashioned soap bars . Try shower gel. Beds comfy but curtains need to cover the windows. Tired
