“We stayed here the night before an early flight from Bristol airport, only 20-30 minutes away that time of the morning. This travelodge is everything you would expect from a travelodge. It was clean and welcoming, there is ample free parking and EV charging stations. Across the carpark is the Landing Light, a Marstons pub which was busy but very spacious, would recommend booking beforehand as we noticed that some walk ins couldn't be accommodated.”

“I travel a lot for work and have stopped in premier inns all around the country I have to say the service from staff was amazing, extremely friendly and attentive. The on site restaurant was great, you could tell the staff where aware and communicated back to the kitchen when to serve the next dish so you wasn't waiting long. Food was hot and freshly cooked, it really was the best premier inn I've stopped at for this couldn't fault staff and food that came out Great room (stopped in premier plus) some minor marks and wear to room but it's to be expected from a busy hotel, can't fault it today be honest Thank you for the great stay”

“Had a good stay. Staff in reception helpful and sorted an issue immediately. Housekeeping staff were lovely. Yes, the rooms are hot but fans are provided in the room and the windows had been left open prior to us arriving. Comfy bed, good choice of pillows, duvet was like a weighted blanket! En-suite was very clean, towels were plentiful. On-site parking is a bonus, breakfast was ok.”

“Room and decor throughout is very tastefully decorated. The owners are very welcoming and friendly. Really good breakfast all you could want. The bed was really comfortable too. A bonus to have onside parking too. Would HIGHLY RECOMMEND a 1 or 2 night stay here. It was lovely. Well worth a stay here. Oh and only a short walk to seafront too.”

Very clean, lovely hosts, walking distance to the beach, pier and shops- just a superb place to stay. I was only sorry that i couldn’t stay longer. Give this place a go, it will not disappoint.”

“We have just returned from a weeks stay at this superb B&B. We have stayed in many guest houses but have never felt quite at home as much as we did here. Tony and Jane are the perfect hosts, in fact, we felt like we had known them for years, they are so friendly and easy to talk to. The house is stunning inside and out and is immaculate. Our room was spacious with a relaxing view over the park. Breakfast was plentiful and delicious. Thank you for making our stay so enjoyable. Would definitely stay again and highly recommend. “We have just had a lovely stay here for two nights. The room was nice, clean and comfortable. We had a really good sleep as it was so quiet at night. You had a choice at breakfast of cereal, toast, yoghurt, fruit, and a fully cooked breakfast. We had all of it. Mike and Maura were very friendly and helpful. It's a lovely place to stay to visit the nearby areas.”

“This was a superb hotel for a two night stay during carnival weekend, where me and my friend were given a family room since this was the only one available! Price was solid for such a busy period and the size gives much space for storage especially across different tables, sofa is handy for this as well as relaxing on of course. The beds were tidy and very comfortable for sleeping after nights out, location is only about five minutes from the main clubbing district so getting back was easy and personal safety is high in its area! Shower had a proper size and bathroom had everything working reliably, kettle was provided with free hot chocolates too as I was very appreciative of. The city frame on the wall and plants are welcoming, manager was highly friendly as he explained how the keys system worked for us to be able to get back at anytime!”

“We recently celebrated our wedding at Batch and had the most wonderful time from start to finish. Planning, organising, and experiencing the day was made as smooth as possible with their wonderful team. The rooms were comfortable for all of our guest. The food and drinks were delightful and dietary requirements were catered to seamlessly. The grounds are beautiful and there was even a nesting swan on the river bank.”

“My husband and I stayed overnight on a Tuesday evening. The experience was lovely, the hotel is charming and has a great atmosphere of a beautiful home. The greeting upon arrival by Charles (we think) was friendly and helpful as was our departure the next day by a lovely efficient young lady. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay - there were a few light bulbs not working in our room but nothing that detracted. The bed was super cosy and comfy. We had a delicious evening meal, and a lovely breakfast before we departed. Long may owner run hotels survive. Super impressed, keep up the good work. Thanks for a great stay. Mr & Mrs Chase.”

“Came for the carnival and stayed for the weekend. What can I say about this guest house? WONDERFUL! Gwen, the owner, is very friendly and accommodating. Service with a smile and very attentive. Our room, a triple with ensuite, was lovely. A very bright, airy room, well kept and clean. The ensuite was cosy and very clean. Furnishing was to a high standard, and we had good nights sleep. We enjoyed our stay so much that we have already booked a room for next year!”

“Have just come home after a short break with my wife and children. Absolutely lovely hotel. Breakfast was brilliant, For breakfast you place your order the night before and it's cooked fresh for you once you come down for it, but this is for a few reasons the main perk of which is it arrives hot, and fresh unlike you get at the buffet style and added bonus to that is the fried eggs are not rubbery. The owners were a lovely friendly couple and come across as if they are running the hotel for the love of it and not just in it for the money. Nothing appeared to be to much for them, even having a laugh as I was apologising for my wife spilling coffee all over the floor and the only thing to hand to mop it up was one of their lovely clean white towels. They appear to also love the WSM part of the country and full of local knowledge as to where to go depending on what you want to do. Having visited Western Super Mare a number of times this hotel ranks as an 11 out of 10 compared to others we've stayed at in the area and 15 out of 10 against your travel lodge / premier Inn type places so much so we have already pre-booked the same few days for next year. Have just asked my sons about the stay and they said that they are excited to be going back to the same place next year. Now for them to come even remotely near saying something like that is a miracle. The only thing they could fault was the phone signal for 5g internet but this is totally out of the hotels control and they have rectified this the best they can with free wi-fi from within the hotel. As a message to the owners "Thank you once again for helping to make our stay in Weston even more enjoyable than it normally is, and we will see you next year"”

“Four adults and a four year old. We've just returned from a fantastic weeks stay at Riverside. Yes, there were a couple of negatives, and no, we didn't raise them at the time as we managed to combat them, and they didn't distract from the really good time we had. The caravan we stayed in was a six birth. Whilst there were ample cutlery, crockery & and glassware, we felt that the pans provided were of poor quality and inadequate. There was only one shelf in the oven. We expected that there should be two. And lastly (and it's the same issue at virtually every other holiday let We've stayed ), the knives in the knife block were all blunt. (The wife's tongue is sharper). May have as well used a hatchet. Apart from those minor issues, the caravan was clean and tidy. The site was well laid out and well maintained. All the staff were helpful and friendly and went about their duties diligently. We only used the restaurant a couple of times. I'm not a fan of carveries myself. However, I have to admit that the one we had at Riverside was really enjoyable. We also sampled the "build your own pizza." Outstanding. It's probably the best pizzas we've had. Pleasantly surprised at the prices at the bar too. It's more than reasonable. Well stocked with a wide choice of drinks. Apparently, we visited during the last week of low season and were informed that most of the week it would be quiet and entertainment would mainly consist of bingo, quizzes and karaoke. The best would be done to involve any children (of which there were very few). Lee, did an excellent job keeping us entertained. The bingo and quizzes were made really entertaining, and the children always came away "winning" and ice cream despite not even playing. For the number of people that were there most evenings, the prizes were very good. To summarize a very clean site offering friendly value for money service and amenities.”

My moms disabled and I was a little apprehensive booking this property due to the accessibility but they went above and beyond to help my mom and make her comfortable. They are extremely welcoming, and the hotel was very homely. The views were amazing and the breakfast was top notch. Highly recommend staying here and we will be back very soon!”

“Warm room, amazing view of the sea. Restaurant downstairs, I booked via booking dot com, received 20% discount on the restaurant below. It is within a few minutes of the pier and dozens of arcades and food places, restaurants, pubs. I initially booked this to go on a trip to the Island nearby but was cancelled due to the weather. Still had a lovely time in the area.”
