   Had a great 2 night stay. Staff really friendly. Free parking. The floorboards are a bit creaky in the corridor and room, so it'd be a nightmare if you were a ninja attempting to assassinate someone in their sleep. For the rest of us it means we're safe from ninjas. Cheers.

   Hotel room clean and tidy. The location is not so great with the distance to seafront not so great. No lounge facilities in the hotel which generally seems to cater for those working contractors and those spending a night moving on. The beefeater next door provides the food you need to remember to book a table or you'll be sent to the bar.

   Stayed here before a morning flight from Bristol. The room was looking a bit tired and not the usual Premier Inn standard. Booked breakfast, turned up at 0630 and it was closed, opened at 0640 by the rudest restaurant staff member I have ever witnessed. Middle aged balding guy, zero charisma and rude. The restaurant was dirty and unloved, yes I should have turned around and walked out, but thought give them a chance. Coffee machine dished out well, dish water. The mushrooms were white when served up. The fresh fruit berries were frozen. Hardly anything was labeled. An absolute disgrace of a place, save your money and go elsewhere at least for breakfast. A drive thru McDonald's breakfast would have at least been hot and maybe you would have had a smile from the person serving.

   Had a good stay. Staff in reception helpful and sorted an issue immediately. Housekeeping staff were lovely. Yes, the rooms are hot but fans are provided in the room and the windows had been left open prior to us arriving. Comfy bed, good choice of pillows, duvet was like a weighted blanket! En-suite was very clean, towels were plentiful. On-site parking is a bonus, breakfast was ok.

   First room we were allocated the toilet didn't work. However, we were swapped rooms immediately by very helpful staff member. Excellent service. Room, usual good standard but this is situated overlooking sports centre, close to dual carriage way. Corridors dim, long and smelly. Breakfast in adjacent beefeater, handy but extremely busy. Needed more staff to keep up with demand but breakfast just ok.

   Great hotel. Loads of parking. Slightly frustrating to get to reception (where staff are great and helpful) to be told your on the annex so have to go back out into the elements to your room for a few minutes to get to the add on. Also moved car as easier. Premier inn so great rooms

   Staff were friendly, check in ok, but advised us no need to book the breakfast which, we found out later, not to be true at the Beefeater next door. Family room, was clean enough and all we needed but the kids beds were too hard and the heat, wow, so hot even with the window wide open, heating turned down it never went below 26° c. I stay in Premier inns a lot on my own through work and I've never encountered such a hot room. We all had bad sleep, definately no sleep easy I'm afraid, So knocked down a couple of stars, needs to be sorted out. Location is great though.

   Nice friendly and helpful staff, clean and tidy and very good value. Now Premier Inn make a big thing about how comfy the beds are but that doesn't guarantee a good night's sleep when it's 26°C in the room, 12°C outside and you can't lower the temperature. I went to reception who were apologetic with the only solution to open a window and use the provided fan which when you have allergies doesn't help. It didn't help enough to stop a horrible, frustrating night and after getting about 3 hours on and off and waking absolutely knackered.

   Nice clean spacious room, foods good at the beefeater, free parking and walkable into weston super mare. The downside is the rooms are stupidly warm, my little one cried all night because it was 26degrees in the room even with the window open all day n the fan on. (This is in October too) Only one towel was provided in a double room
