   We have stayed at a number of Premier Inns throughout the country and would just say that all of the staff here without exception were all wonderful. Friendly, polite and attentive - you couldn’t ask for more. If you want to see what true customer service is stay here! The restaurant both at breakfast and dinner was excellent. We had a premier room with a sea view - well worth the extra. All in all a wonderful two day break.

   I travel a lot for work and have stopped in premier inns all around the country I have to say the service from staff was amazing, extremely friendly and attentive. The on site restaurant was great, you could tell the staff where aware and communicated back to the kitchen when to serve the next dish so you wasn't waiting long. Food was hot and freshly cooked, it really was the best premier inn I've stopped at for this couldn't fault staff and food that came out Great room (stopped in premier plus) some minor marks and wear to room but it's to be expected from a busy hotel, can't fault it today be honest Thank you for the great stay

   Great stay, great staff, great food! On arrival we were greeted with big smiles and a warm hello. Check-in was fast and friendly, with helpful info about breakfast and dinner. Our room was clean, tidy, and had a lovely sea view. We went down for dinner at 5:30, which was nice and quiet — perfect for us as we have two young children. The food was good, classic pub-style, and everything came out on time and cooked really well. Breakfast was also excellent! All the staff were so friendly, easy to chat to, and happy to accommodate anything we needed. They even told us about the local carnival and things to do in the area. We enjoyed our stay so much that we’re already planning to book again for next year

   We stayed for 2 nights and loved it! We were greeted by very helpful and friendly staff, check in was quick and easy. Our room was clean, bed very comfortable and shower had good pressure. The food in the restaurant was really nice for both evening meal and breakfast. Service was quick, food was hot and tasty too. We would like to say a special thank you to Nathan and his team as they went above and beyond for our party (we were staying to surprise a family member for his birthday) and it was greatly appreciated! Every member of staff was polite and friendly ☺️

   The last time I stayed in a Premier Inn in Weston it was the original one on the A370 which I ended up claiming the "Good Night Guarantee" for it was so bad. This one was much better although not without its faults. The room was clean and pleasant with a sea view (it was a Premier Plus room). Staff experience varied, generally positive although some had a disinterested attitude and I didn't feel they were always welcoming. The breakfast, although fine, was not of the standard and quality that I have had in the past at Premier Inn. Cooked breakfast was ordered rather than buffet and the quality was so-so although it was perfectly edible. As for buffet items, availability varied through the week and some items were out of stock, although this could be attributed to the hotel being quiet in mid March. However, room was quiet and generally my stay was good, although maybe stop pestering for people to review on TripAdvisor...

   3 night break. We had to change our booking a few times, which was easy to do online. Check in was easy and being out of season we had a seafront room. Very comfortable, slept great. We like a Premier Inn as you know what to expect. Staff are friendly and helpful. We had breakfast on our last day. We said we are autistic and they made accomodation to find us a quiet area to sit. Would definitely visit again

   Fantastic stay team were awesome friendly helpful and nothing too much trouble stay a few times and loved everyone. They made me feel welcome. A great little spot, good car parking down road pay and display and very close to the beach and town. Thank you for having us stay

   Stayed overnight in Weston-super-Mare for a party and stayed at this hotel over night . The room was very good, well maintained, quiet, clean and warm. The bed was really comfy and spacious . We had a sea view which was excellent as we could see the iconic pier! The staff were polite and helpful. Would definitely recommend!

   The room was lovely and clean, with great ambiance with the mood lighting. Parking was close and charge was reasonable. Easy self check in. The food in the pub though...I had a "steak salad" which was a bowl of lettuce, tomatoes that had mould on them and 3 small pieces of rare steak when I asked for well done. They also said they didn’t have blue cheese or carrots. A bit disappointing food wise, but overall good stay.
