Just back from three days at the ocean hotel Weston super mare, the staff were very friendly food was a good choice each day especially breakfast has full English each day every meal was cooked to perfection, could not fault anything even the entertainment was good could recommend to anyone.
The food was fantastic always on time , the views are so so so stunning,staff/waiters so nice and kind , there's entertainment every single night so funny ,and so good will be coming agin.
I loved this hotel, very welcoming staff, all of them so friendly and helpful. True ambassadors. Well the food was really good. There was the main menu and also other options, which I did end up on salads as I felt so full after the buffet breakfast. The rooms were spacious and very clean. There was a well stocked bar with evening entertainment if you didn't want to venture out in the evenings. The owners were there too and playes a very active role. I would definitely recommend this little haven
Room was dark view from Room was a tall fence 6feet away then the hotel next door was immediately behind it we couldn't have windows open because of noise from pipes and enormous extrater fan from kitchen below us so Room was very warm
Spent a long weekend here doing turkey and tinsel. Great location, great staff and great food. Will definitely go back again based on this weekend. Thanks to Claire and her staff

Second visit to the new ocean hotel this year .the room was very good great sea views,the only thing needed to improve the room was an updated shower cubicle. The food was very good, great evening entertainment. The staff were very helpful and friendly. We will see you again next year.
We found it very noisy due to a group from wales. 01.30 is far to late to be having a party under other guests windows. The staff were very good.
Awful only stayed 1 night we were in the top of the building sea view facing the sun small window would not stay open. The temperature topped at over 30 degrees by 4am. We asked for a fan and we were told we could buy a fan at BM in the morning. The hotel has a duty of care to it's guests and this was non existent in this extreme heat. Neither of us had any sleep a spent most of the night sat in the corner in the shower with the shower on cold. I also thought about ringing 3 9s at one point. I will contact environmental health as I feel someone needs to tell them what is expected of them
