Lovely room. Clean and tidy property. Cheap and cheerful just for a few days. Bar was only open once for a few hours of my 4 day break. I would advise earplugs if you stay on a weekend due to the noise, maybe it was a 1 off but room 12 seems to think it's ok to party into the small hours, this is where I would say needs improvement. Because there are no staff ever around and you only get an emergency number to call. I didn't ring it at 2am because I suppose rowdy, inconsiderate guests are not an emergency. May I suggest not renting to large groups of males.

Great place , staff and people are amazing , comfy rooms and great for your money, the beds are surprisingly comfortable. WiFi downstairs but.. you can’t really get a good nights sleep. There is always noise somewhere . It does get annoying when you tired.

The rooms are very comfortable and warm. It's a little dated. The service is really good because it's really clean and the cleaners come in every day and do a really good job and it's freshly painted inside. The location is perfect. Thank you.

Lovely clean rooms although a little dated .the people that run the bar downstairs are nice friendly and welcoming. The only down point is it can get a little noisy. I was woken up at 3am by loud lads. And you can hear noise from room to room isn't very sound proof. But if you want a friendly to relax it is great .the view from the balcony rooms is lovely. I would feel safe going alone as a female .I only deducted a star because of noise.

We came for the weekend, hotel was clean, room was a little outdated but no issue there for the price! Staff were friendly and helped us when we needed something sorting out! We could hear guests coming in late at night after a night out but soon dies down and its nice and cosy. Had a brilliant night sleep, beds are comfy enough and there isn't much noise assuming it's right next to the seafront! Close to the bars and restaurants! (Note most restaurants close 9pm)Overall, we had a great stay over the weekend, great night sleep, great location only downfalls are it's a little outdated and guests coming back in at night!
