   I just visited the vet with Missy and received absolutely excellent service. Jane and Michelle at reception were incredible! Honestly the best customer service I’ve experienced in a long time. They went above and beyond to help me and genuinely put me at ease. You can truly see that they both have amazing hearts and deeply care about the pets and the humans who love them. Such wonderful people like this are rare, and they absolutely deserve recognition and a pay rise!. Thank you for making what can be a stressful visit such a positive experience.

   My cat needed an urgent pyometra spay and this practice was amazing. They arranged a consultation within an hour, the vet was kind, professional, and genuinely caring, and the reception team were very helpful. They fitted her in for surgery as soon as possible. Highly recommend.

   The team at Medivet Yeading are always very welcoming, friendly and helpful. The centre is within 5 minutes walk from my home which makes it convenient too. I have five cats and they’re all registered here. I’m very happy with the service I receive and the care shown towards my pets. Sometimes I’ll drop by for general advice and I’ve never been turned away even when it’s been something that others might find insignificant.

   We’ve had a positive experience with this practice so far. In particular, Dr Mateus is excellent - very attentive, knowledgable and explains things well. We’ve always been able to get same day (and sometimes same hour!) appointments at this practice when needed - no queues to get through on the phone. The receptionists are lovely and helpful and it’s nice that they know your dog by name!

   I recently took my dog for a mandatory check up. My dog is very nervous of the vets. The new vet came out to me in the waiting room and was just so lovely and careing. I felt like she actually cared about my dog and not just the money. She was just so brilliant. I'm so happy she is there and I hope she stays there.

   Very friendly counter staff, other staff are a bit abrupt. They are more interested in your money than your pet, if you don't agree to paying for pointless consultation they are happy to let your pet suffer, and charging medication up to 3 times the price you can buy online, needless to say they do not like to issue you with a prescription and will not issue you a repeat prescription as they loose money in doing so. petdrugsonline is a great place to buy prescription and non prescription medication for your pet at a fraction of the price. One of my dog's is on lifetime medication and on just one prescription (costing £15+) i can still save almost £60. I would love to buy from the practice and support them, but not at the prices they charge.

   I think Pet Vaccination Centre is a great vet to take your animals to and get pet supplies from. I have been taking my pets to them since 2009 - 2 cats, one with a bladder condition, and a small dog, who needed 2 emergency surgeries during this time. The vets and the staff are fantastic, very helpful and very caring - I've always received calls to update me on her (my dog's) progress, they even allowed me to visit her after surgery and give her a cuddle, and set my mind at ease, when she had to stay overnight. Their fees are very reasonable; much more so than many vets I have approached, including teeth de-scaling procedures (enquire with them for this procedure, there is a big difference to some other vets!). I recommend them very highly and cannot sing their praises enough. Rosanna, the vet, did both of my dog's surgeries and I trust her completely with giving my pets the best chance of survival. I'm very very grateful to her, and everyone at the practise, for my dog's care and that she is still very happy, healthy and alive, especially considering the health issues she's had.
