Poor communication, placed a simple order been nearly 3 weeks! still not arrived, not replied to my email either no tracking number. Nothing new though i can see its happened before.
A month after placing an order & I'm still waiting on my product I ordered. No communication, no updates very disappointed with this being my first order with this company & now will be my last.
Fantastic customer service and quality products! When having to deal with 75 children for Leavers Hoodies it can be complicated and time consuming but the client journey made so much easier using GB kits
Excellent speedy service from GB Kits LTD, good quality products at affordable prices. Feedback from my students is as follows, the tunics wash well, dry quickly, don't need to be ironed and look modern and smart for salon wear. Any issues with incorrect size being ordered were dealt with quickly and efficiently, a very professional service. We have used for 2 years running and will continue to do so.
