   Took my little pusscat here with a smelly ear problem. Spent around thousand pounds for various lotions potions and pills and he still has an ear problem. I felt like it was all about the profit and with no regard to the animal. No mention of cost until you get to the front desk. We mentioned about costings I was charged £48.00 for some tablets ( cost 5p each online ) for the vet to say oh I didn't think they would work . A horrible experience.

   My cats had their annual check-up and vaccinations this morning. They were seen promptly and the service was friendly and professional as always. I was pleased to be told that my female cat didn't need to have her teeth cleaned and x-rayed after all (unlike her brother last year). It's good to know I'm not being encouraged to have costly and unnecessary treatment for my cats.

   As ever we had a very positive experience at this veterinary practice. Our 13 year old Staffie Cross needed an urgent operation on his ear to deal with a stubborn haematoma. The staff are wonderfully supportive of us, by explaining all our options and and the risks with the procedures. We've been with them for the last 12 years and are thoroughly pleased with the service.

   We recently joined this vet for our cat. We needed to find a vet closer to home which is possible to get to by tram or bus, but also had the option of parking close by. We were very happy with the friendly and professional staff. They were supportive and informative right from when we first made contact over the phone, and again when visiting. The reception and examination rooms were very clean. I felt our cat was very calm throughout and we left happy customers.

   I needed an appointment for my pet rat. He was showing signs of possible ear infection. I got an appointment quick and treatment was fast. Steroid and anitbototic injection given. Excellent advice given . Made me feel more at ease how to treat my pet at home for next 24hours. Good customer service listened to me well and responded in a caring way. Fingers crossed for full recovery and thank you Goddards vets!

   Excellent and thorough treatment from vet Russell and friendly staff. Immaculately clean in both waiting area and examination room. Managed to accommodate us at short notice as our regular vet is sadly unwell in hospital. It's a bit far for us to use permanently, but would certainly use this service again if we're in the same predicament.
