   My husband and I have been very pleased with the level of service we’ve received with Accord Lets so far. This month, we were visiting family in the U.S. while waiting for approval on our flat, and my husband is preparing to start his PhD. We were a bit concerned about balancing all the minutiae of relocating, with work priorities and travel. However, Ellie was extremely helpful. Despite the 8 hour time difference, she answered all of our questions in a responsive, friendly manner and walked us through the paperwork with ease. Moving house can be stressful, let alone during hectic times, but our experience with Ellie gave us peace of mind. I would highly recommend Accord Lets!!

   Mixed opinions on accord lets. We recently rented a property from them and had numerous problems from the get go. Partly accords fault, partly the landlords fault. We dealt with most things through Maggie, who was professional and kind. However, when we requested to go back into the house to take some measurements (once our application had been accepted) Maggie was unable to find any time for us. She then didn’t respond to any of my emails but replied to my partner (which I considered to be quite rude). Not sure we would use accord again, but overall the team are friendly and relatively helpful!

   Maggie originally showed us around the property we ultimately rented; she was very professional, knowledgable and friendly. She was also very contactable and responsive via email and phone - generally her communication was good. We had a number of issues in the process of getting the keys to the property. Most of these were out of the control of Maggie. Given the difficulties presented, Maggie handled these exceedingly well under pressure and very professionally; she is a credit to Accord Letting and we had a significantly better experience with her than any other lettings negotiator from other companies. Unfortunately we did have some issues with Accord Letting generally which ultimately came down to a lack of care and attention, including spelling my name incorrectly on the tenancy agreement (despite having copies of our passport and signed email correspondence). Bottom line, there were far more hurdles to climb over than should be expected, but we got in to our property eventually. An okay experience.

   Review (as tenant) I rented my current home using Accord Lettings. Kacie has been managing my case. She was very kind and responsive throughout the entire process, she followed up quickly by email or phone call if I had any query or issue. Kacie also helped me the day I got keys. There were some issues with the front door of the property as it was not working properly. She came over straight away to witness that the door was not working and she advise me to call the landlady, who has already repaired it. Overall I had a good experience with this estate agent and with Kacie.
