   I strongly recommend Maison estates to anyone considering which estate agent to choose. Ben from Maison estates guided us through the sale of our home in a calm professional manner. I chose him from a good few because he was someone easy to talk to and was honest with us as to our expectations. He was contactable and answered our questions and queries as soon as he could. We never felt frustrated or left on a limb. We are landlords and wanted to make sure our tenants were not put to any more inconvenience as was necessary and he agreed to have an open day on a Sunday. He was considerate of our tenants, and we were very pleased with his help, keeping both seller and buyer happy. In the current market it can be tricky to keep the balance and his honesty, good ethics, together with his good advice from his knowledge of the market meant the sale of our house went through smoothly. If you are looking for an estate agents that will take the pressure off during what can be a stressful time, then Maison Estates is an excellent choice.

   My wife and I just started renting our first home together using Maison Estates. The staff are professional and have provided excellent service, especially Jay. They made the process of moving and settling in very easy and they were very helpful with any questions I had. I would happily recommend them to anyone. After moving in, they provided a link to report any maintenance issues. I used this to report a slow leak under the sink and they had someone at the door to have a look at it the next day. Very pleased with the service provided so far.
