   We’ve just sold our house on Evans Grove with Belvoir and we can’t recommend the team enough! Connor and Ashton were brilliant from start to finish – always there when we needed them, super friendly, and they kept us updated the whole way through. After every viewing they let us know straight away what the potential buyers thought, which was so reassuring and really helped us feel involved in the process. They made what could’ve been a really stressful experience feel so much easier and run really smoothly. Everyone we dealt with at Belvoir went out of their way to help and it never felt like we were just another client – they genuinely cared about getting the best result for us.    I have only thanks and praise for the Staff at this wonderful company. I needed assistance to sell my Mothers apartment which was complicated by the fact that I do not live in Leamington Spa. They handled everything from start to finish including some removals and minor repairs that I was unable to complete. Their communication is excellent, marketing is top notch. Connor and Ashton kept me up to date all the way. If you are looking to sell or buy these guys are the best.

   Connor and John moved super fast to let my property after woeful service from another Leamington agent lead to it being unnecessarily empty for weeks. Within two days they had taken professional photographs and produced a video. Within days I had a firm offer from suitable tenants who have now moved in. Communication was excellent throughout and the entire service was professional and efficient. Connor's service was way above expectations. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

   Hugely impressed with Belvoir-something you don’t often hear a purchaser say! Ashton was super efficient and kept us well informed throughout our purchase. Despite working for the vendors, myself and my partner felt that she made an often stressful process as smooth as it possibly could’ve been.
