Lovely one bed apartment, in great location. All the amenities we needed, and excellent comms from the host.
This 1 bedroom apartment surpassed my expectations! I had to be in Leamington for a week (traveling from the US) and the apartment was spotless, comfortable and very conveniently located. It made my stay in Leamington easy and enjoyable. I will definitely stay there in future!

Cleaning, kitchen items, basic food items are coffee and tea are excellent. I expected some basic drink, but it is ok. I'm not happy with TV, if it android could me much better. Except NETFLIX, no other apps or channels are not available for my entertainment point.
Amazing artistic decor with great attention to detail. Each peice of furniture was unique. It looked and felt like a luxury apartment. Rooftop views in a quiet backwater of Leamington. Easy walk to train station, cafes, town, all amenities. Mark was lovely when we called and so helpful. We will be back for sure.

We stayed at the apartment between house moves and were extremely happy with the service received when booking and throughout. The apartment itself was quirky and stylish and had everything we required during our stay. Its in a good area to reach the train station, bars, restaurants etc and on a quiet street. I would definitely recommend it to friends and family.
I recently hired the Leamington apartments for a photoshoot and they were absolutely beautiful! The interior decor is stunning and so well designed. On top of this, the team is lovely and truly available should you need to call for anything (I called twice and both times they were so pleasant to deal with.) We also all commented on the tech in the apartments and how modern they are. I would thoroughly recommend!
