   I’ve stayed at dozens of Premier Inns across the UK for work and leisure, but nothing compares to the welcome we got at Llantrisant. What made it so special wasn’t just the clean room or great location it was the bespoke, personal service from Ceri and Kelsey. They didn’t just follow a script they listened, cared, and tailored every interaction to make me feel like the only guests there. A true masterclass in customer service. I will be back just to stay at this one, and I’ve already recommended it to all my friends and colleagues. Thank you, Ceri and Kelsey!

   Only stayed here due to lack of anything better in the area. I stopped using premier inn a few years ago after they seemed to go downhill rapidly. (Nothing’s premier but the price from what I can see). However, this one is actually quite good.

   I love it! I stayed with my family over night and was perfect! Staff was so friendly when I asked for another pillow and the fact that the food was perfect! I would definitely recommend staying and stay again!

   Needed a double room for the night as we had a party to attend nearby. The check in was straightforward and the room spotless with it being a decent size too. Bed and pillows comfortable and a quality shower. We opted for breakfast which had an excellent selection to chose from. Probably the best Premier Inn I have stayed in.

   We stayed here for 2 nights to visit local family. Very good standards and exactly as I would expect from Premier Inn. Comfy, clean and consistent It was extremely cold when we arrived but the receptionist had arranged for the heating to be raised in our room and it was toasty. Lovely thought!!

   Overall a really good experience. I visit a lot of hotels in my job but hats off to the Welsh people who run this site, spot on with checking in, rooms, food and service. Would def come back and use this Premier Inn again.

   Friendly welcoming reception staff. Room clean, beds extremely comfortable. Asked for more tea/coffee, this was brought to our room less than five minutes after our request. Again very friendly chap, nothing was to much trouble. We ate in the restaurant next to the hotel (beefeater) again very friendly happy staff. Excellent stay from start to finish.

   Obviously clean and comfortable, as you would expect but rooms could do with a refresh. Very musty smelling- thankfully the windows do open enough to air the room. The Beefeater staff were lovely. Food was ok.
