Great security, the rooms are basic but very clean and big. Top service, every member of staff is welcoming and very professional.

People dying in here every other week.. place needs shutting down its riddled with drugs.. my best mate died here 3 weeks ago. Its Poorly run and someone needs to be held accountable for it. Laid flowers to mark respect of him dying and Donna Lee the Chinese woman who owns it watched up spend 3 hours laying a beautiful floral tribute.. only for her to rip then down 5 minutes after we left and binned them.. we had to go and buy more flowers and had to have the police out.. avoid this place at all costs.. or you could be the next victim of the place

Donna is a disgusting piece of work. No morals or empathy. A young man died in the emergency accommodation on saturday night here and the heartless owner of this accommodation ordered the floral tributes to be removed within ten minuted of the family / friends leaving. No empathy or compassion its all about business to her. Vile woman i wouldnt put a dog in there after reading other peoples reviews of the place on facebook.

Love the hotel. I want to thank Madam Teressa,Michelle and Katie they helped a lot during my journey to the university. Madam Teressa offer me to stay with her. I was overwhelmed of their behaviour and kindness towards me. Definitly recommed this hotel. Nice ambience and nice people. Thank you everyone for everything.

Unique outside, not appealing to some, however provides a perfect, clean indoor room and free coffee and tea, everything was perfect for its price and offers a unique experience for those wanting to visit the area on a budget

Absolutely fine. Clean, safe, comfy bed, free breakfast and friendly staff. No frills, but an excellent price, so I don't think some of the other reviews are fair. I wouldn't have a problem staying here again if I was working in the area.

Rooms very dirty rooms nothing like pictures , water marks on bathroom ceiling mold around bathroom tiles , permanent living guest, not suitable for families with young children . No restaurant only Chinese take away , where I eat breakfast ceiling falling down .reception area not welcoming very dirty and cluttered bar area all full of locals swearing not suitable for families. Fire alarm went off three times in one night no one from the hotel was there to say it was safe .I am sorry for 45 pound a night very poor quality would not recommend to anyone at all, breakfast was not served on time and dry poor food for breakfast if am honest this not a hotel , as there was lot permanent people living here some been here for a year . On some sights they give it a four start some sights two stars I gave it a one start and that's because of a lady who cleans rooms ,run the bar and even cooked breakfast a very hard working person . If it was not for her this hotel would have had zero stars.

Winston and Paula made me and my disabled sister very welcome Because she suffers with chest problems they kindly made sure we had an efficient heater in our room. Our room was on the ground floor and we were able to eat in the bar downstairs rather than the restaurant as she cannot use stairs. The hotel is in the process of being renovated. Our room was kept spotlessly clean and breakfast was good. Would recommend this friendly, family run hotel.
