   Disgraceful attitude of the staff. Notified by email that they had cancelled my 91yo mother’s appointment for a flu jab 45 minutes before. Rebooked and, AGAIN notified by email of cancellation on the day, but incorrectly said that we had cancelled! When I called, the store manager she was extremely rude, repeatedly talking over me, saying the pharmacist’s daughter was unwell, but no apology for incorrect email saying we had cancelled nor an apology for two late cancellations. Possible language/ cultural issues in comprehension but totally unreliable and ended call as not being heard and zero manners.

   Always closed over lunch with varying closing times depending on the day with no notice. Stock levels low generally. Also they had my prescription for a week, and only dispensed it when I called them to check. I contacted boots directly about the unreliable opening hours and no-one got back to me. This branch used to be pretty good but has gone downhill.

   Quite a big store with lots of selection. The staff at the pharmacy are very helpful. There is also a photo printing machine but it's worth checking if it's working before ordering to collect, as when I last tried it wasn't working so I had to go somewhere else.

   After queing outside 4 20mins.. I managed to get in.. Found all the bits I needed.. Went to the till 2 be told.. Card only.. A total waste of my time.. No sign was in the window stating this! I'm utterly fuming! I needed to get stuff 4 my kids.. May I suguest u put a sign in the window.. So other people don't waste there time..

   Extremely helpful pharmacy staff - Debbie, on phone, then Samina, in person - who seemed just as determined as me to help find a solution for my elderly, recently widowed aunt who has a complicated repeat prescription which includes a "Special Item" from Kingston Hospital. Can't fault them and HIGHLY RECOMMEND
