If you have a French bulldog avoid this practice. I felt judged from the moment I entered the room. The first comment from the vet when I entered the room was ‘they’re cute but they have issues’ ‘he's finding it difficult to breath’….erm okay but I’m here about his leg? ‘breathing difficulty’ was then added to my pets notes even though I was there about his leg???? The vet told me his ‘breathing difficulties’ wouldn’t be covered under insurance as it was ‘pre-existing’ although I’ve never been to the vet regarding his breathing it was already noted from a previous visit without making me aware. So disappointed.

Please do not take you pet here. The vets are very inexperienced and the senior vet is hardly there. They also said they wouldn’t perform my cats surgery because they wanted up front cash rather than go through our insurance company and said we need to find another vet to do it :( so now I am looking for a new vet which is really stressful. Thanks very much vets not for pets.

I am with this vet since I had my pet so they met my need at anytime and happy with them

I went to pick up deworming treatment for my cat, I booked the appointment as well for my pet yearly check. Lovely receptionist/nurse there. Always ready to help. Thank you. X

Disgustingly mean and rude reception staff! Very sad to say when my dog was ill they offered an appointment a week away. I requested to change vets and the lady on reception became very rude and tried to block me from changing vets. Disgusting to try and keep a dog in pain when your practice can't offer treatment. Extremely vile. All my calls are recorded and I've reported them.

I did not visit Vets4Pets this time, I spoke on the phone with the receptionist/nurse and she was just as nice as she would have been if I was there in person. I must say that whenever I do need to visit or speak to staff they are always extremely welcoming and very helpful

My elderly Father has been taking his beloved cat Bubbles to the PDSA for years but recently has not been very happy with their service & treatment. I suggested Vets at home as I used to take my dog to my local store. As soon as she was on the table & after a little explaining of her symptoms, she was diagnosed, recieved an injection, medication given & suggestions of other products & ideas of things we could try to help her. My Father was so happy & said he felt so at ease as soon as he walked in. We just had a feeling she was going to get the care we have waited months & months to get elsewhere. Thank you Vets at home! Bubbles is eternally grateful!

Every time I've gone in, from buying the plan, the care during vaccinations and Toffees spay, the frequent visits for flea and worm treatment, they have been amazing. Despite frequent vet changes due to use of locums, all vets have been amazing. The receptionist Charlotte even took our weird Jewish practices (we had to sell our cat to her to get it spayed!) with good humour. The practice manager doesn't smile much but she's very helpful and explains things very clearly and with patience.

I had to book with Vets4pets as a last minute appointment because my vet didn’t have my puppy’s injection when I went there, even after making the appointment over a week ago. Vets4pets accepted me and looked after my pet and gave his vaccine on the day I called making the effort to help us out. They looked after my puppy so well and I couldn’t be happier. Very quick and attentive
