   I have found Handles Property to be one of the most approachable and easy-to-work-with rental agencies. Communication with them is seamless, and Tatiana has been particularly amazing throughout the entire process. From our initial property viewings a year ago, where she took the time to understand my requirements, to my recent checkout, she ensured everything was handled smoothly, including legal matters, deposits, and Wi-Fi setup. During my year-long stay, I found it easy to reach out to them for any issues related to the property. All emergencies were addressed swiftly and expertly by Mark.    Absolutely first class service from Handles property services. Met Oliver for the first time and he was obliging, helpful and kind. Mark who I have worked with before on a previous property when he was in his previous job was first class (just as I expected) and I would rate this estate agency as second to none. Office staff were also a credit to the company. Unfortunately I had to withdraw my property from sale due to family personal reasons but Oliver and Mark were hugely understanding and supportive. Would highly recommend this company. Thank you!

From the start he set out a clear and coherent strategy to sell our house, and it worked perfectly – we achieved the asking price within the first three viewings.    I called this estate agent 7 times, they rang back once. I thought that they would have been good considering so many glowing reviews. When they finally called back and said we have a viewing available, they didn’t show up and neither did the tenant. They do not care about students, my experiences with them have made that clear. I will never work with them again.

The other Mark on the other hand sold the property on day 1 of listing. Again at a great price. Couldn’t have asked for more. Thank you for the hard work from you it and the team. Right from the beginning, you stayed on top of everything and kept us updated throughout the process. I value good communication a lot. Without this, it would not have been possible.
