I have been going to Boots Opticians in Epsom for many years and they are such nice helpful kind staff. I thoroughly recommend them. My thanks to the Optometrist, Monal and Dee for making the visit a pleasant one.

Avoid this store on Uber eats. They stole from me. I ordered a parfum and was given a cheaper edp that doesn't even sell Uber eats. I ordered a face cloth and got a completely different item. They don't help you with Uber orders. In my eyes though that is considered theft

Served. by Carole usually at Checkout but was helping out at No. 7 counter on 21/07 /25. Wonderful service and great listening skills. Would be a real asset in the beauty dept.

Shame I cannot give a no star rating. The queue to collect a prescription was 7 people but it took 40 minutes to get served. There was no apology for the delay and several of the staff seemed to be having private chats behind the counter instead of helping. They obviously don't care about their customers - we only pay their wages!

Really poor customer service today at the Epsom Ashley Centre Boots from a gentleman of South Asian descent somewhere from India or Pakistan or a neighbouring country, I'm not entirely sure. I went to the Advice and Medicines counter where I saw a woman had been previously serving when I first entered the shop as I went to have a browse. When I went over to ask for advice on a prescription gel I was thinking of buying, she had left, and there was a small crowd gathered around the Pharmacy counters. I stood at the Advice and Medicines for around three minutes hoping someone would come over to speak to me but lots of colleagues walked past me on the shop floor. This one gentleman I mentioned earlier, who looked very moody, walked straight past me behind the counter towards the staff only room, even making eye contact, but did not see fit to speak to me and just left me standing there. When he came back out I finally asked if he could call someone to help me and he told me to join the pharmacy queue. He did not see fit to tell me this until I spoke up to him and was happy to just leave me standing there waiting forever. I took a seat for a few more minutes expecting someone to call me over, and some more people entered the pharmacy area but just walked in front of me and after not having acknowledged me at all after I had sat down, he then said straight away to them "How can I help?" despite the fact they had pushed in front of me after walking to the counter and got served seconds later. By this point I was insulted and left as I didn't want to continue with my poor experience. I just wanted some advice on a prescription gel and I was amongst a crowd of people waiting for their prescriptions etc. I didn't see why, when there were two different counters including one specifically for advice on medicines. This man clearly could not be bothered to do the job he was paid to, and did not have the time of day for me, it was extremely rude and unpleasant to deal with. I will be going to a different Boots another day for a hopefully much better experience instead.

Boots is always a safe place to shop for medication but they're also great for cosmetics and travel essentials.

Terrible service. I have had to wait over a week for my anxiety medication and still do not have it today. i was told would be ready to collect twice now but when i tried to collect it I was told that it still had not been ordered so would prioritise this order. nearly a week later and still no medication. This is not a problem to do with my Dr reordering as i have spoken to them twice about this.
