   Dr. Rania is amazing and we have been going to her for the past 5 years. She is patient, knowledgeable and great with pets. The staff at Village Vet are courteous and accommodating. We have always had a pleasant experience here. We stop by sometimes to get our dog a treat so he associates positively with the vet. They understand this and indulge him :)

   I can’t recommend Village Vet in Chiswick enough! My dog, Cookie, has always been exceptionally well cared for by the entire team. After having some truly awful experiences with other clinics in the past, finding Village Vet has been a blessing. From the friendly reception staff to the dedicated nurses, and especially the amazing Rania, I have complete trust in their love and care for my furry baby. Even after moving away from Chiswick, I continue to bring Cookie back for any issues, no matter how “minor” I might think they are. Don’t be swayed by some of the fancier clinics that seem more focused on your wallet than on genuine care. Village Pet truly stands out for their compassion and commitment to your pet’s well-being.    This vet practice is brilliant. I always feel like the vet genuinely cares about animals. She's great with the chaos of my 3 dogs, and I always leave fully understanding what I need to do treatment wise. Just wish I could have a whole year where 1 of my dogs didn't need to see a vet, but that's what I get with 1 old dog and one drama queen dog.

   Without a doubt, the best vet clinic we have ever visited. After bringing our bloodhound in as an emergency, they cleared their schedule, performed a life saving emergency procedure and have supported us through his recovery. Without the vets and technicians at this clinic, our best friend wouldn't be with us today, we are truly grateful to everyone involved. Everyone is very kind, knowledgeable and willing to go the extra mile. We highly recommend them for all your pet care needs. Rania, we will never forget what you and the team did for us that night. Charlotte and Emma, thank you for all your support. Words cannot express how happy we are with Chiswick Village vet. Our pets won't be going anywhere else.

   This is a wonderful practice with super friendly, helpful and empathetic staff. My newly adopted kitten has corneal ulcers that don't want to heal and Vet Charlotte and Sandra have been treating him with lots of knowledge and love. They have also kept in contact with the group's Ophthalmologist Barbara stationing in North London. The nurse team too are very caring, they make sure that my kitten received medications appropriately along the way. The team has been keeping on top of the problem unfortunately my kitten's ulcer situation elongated and the vets referred me officially to Barbara. The orphthalmology service is superb and I am very glad that my kitten's corneal ulcer has healed for the first stage now and onwards to full recovery. Although I have several cats, this is my first time dealing with a sick one and I can't thank the Village Vet team enough.

   The team are absolutely wonderful at this practice and we could not be more comforted knowing our Fur-Kid is in such good hands. A special mention to Dr Rania, she has helped guide us through the process to ensure safe, regular travel with our pooch, and most notably, assisting us with information to make the right decisions around how we can help our little aging Fur-Kid to ensure she continues to have the best life possible. We are eternally grateful for the reassurance and support Dr Rania continues to give us - it is hard to find a vet that you implicitly trust with the furry members of your family, and we are so lucky to have found this in Chiswick Vet Village and especially with Dr Rania and the rest of the team.

   I was unable to get an appointment at our local practice so I had to explore other options and I’m so lucky I did. We’ve managed to get an appointment at the Village Vet Chiswick on the same day! The girls on reception were lovely and friendly, made me feel at ease. The vet Sandra is probably the best we’ve ever come across! She was so good with Tiny Tyson, so caring and very professional at the same time. She gave us a lot of good recommendations and advice. We’ve tried a lot of vets in the past, but there is no one out there like her! Can’t recommend this place enough!!!

   This was the only place with an appointment on the day I needed it, and I am so glad it was! The vet and the receptionist were super friendly and helpful, the vet was really gentle with my cat, and the advice was spot on! Yes, they are expensive, but where isn't! They've got to make money too, and to be honest, for the amount of meds I needed, I think the price was very fair, so THANK YOU TEAM.
