   Have been a few times, often lack of stock is a major issue, either different types of popcorn unavailable or tango iceblast machines broken. But staff are always incredibly apologetic, its always clean and everyone is so polite so no one can complain when they are doing everything they can to make your experience happy.

   The comfiest seats and the clearest screens. Love the option to book specific seats in advance. A premium experience that makes going to the movies feel like a real event. The popcorn is pretty great too.

   Staff very friendly and the experience was so much nicer than other cinemas. Seating is so comfortable with the reclining seats. Food is expensive, however that’s a given with cinemas in general. Would definitely visit Odeon Luxe over other cinema now.

   Since the upgrade to the Luxe, it is now a minimum spend of about £12 per seat, the seats are also separated into groups of two but the swivel table is a nice added feature. The young cashier bloke with dyed hair raised some eyebrows when I bought my seat as I asked him for a child's recliner instead of an adult one to save myself about £5 for no difference but apart from that the customer service was perfect.

   Far too pricey for what it is. Reclining seats a fun gimmick but even with those you have to put the feet all the way up before you can start reclining the back. I don't want to lie down next to a random to watch a film thanks. I certainly don't want to pay three times the price of Vue in Cardiff for the privilege. Look A return train ticket, plus the cinema, plus drinks would have been cheaper than this.

   Only now I have gone to the new, luxe odeon and it is absolutely amazing. Seats recline all the way, smells and looks so clean and I love how they put LEDs on the steps so you can see. A bit over priced though.

   I have to say, they have done this out to a high standard. The seats were lovely to sit on and will visit here more often, the tiered seating also helped. Quality of the screen was also outstanding, would definitely visit again. Best Odeon I have been to by far, as I am usually disappointed by Odeon's seating, but the recliners are a must now for me.
