She goes above and beyond to ensure both owners and their pets feel comfortable and cared for. It’s always reassuring to know our fur babies are in such capable and compassionate hands.
This entire team excels at caring for both pets and their human families. My cat has needed a lot of care and observation in the year shes been with us, several tooth surgeries and some other health problems. I'm so glad I had this team to support us. They never fail to prioritise the pets health while ensuring I as an owner feel completely confident in the solutions and needs of my cat without any judgement. My cat has needed a lot of care over the year and its given us both anxiety and the team always give the warmest of care to her and patience with me as an owner juggling what's right for her. Every member of the team, and we may have seen all of them, are welcoming and patient and gentle. They also never feel money driven they seem to really just want to give pets have the best chance at wellbeing.
I can't be happier that we found this practice! Animals are not rushed through, and the most care is taken to ensure they are comfortable during the visit and all procedures, so the next one will also be a breeze. All my worries were listened to, taken on board and I feel like I was helped to the best of the Vets ability.
The care received for my cat was fantastic, we couldn’t be more grateful. The staff were wonderful and so kind.
The vets followed up the next day to see if our pet had improved or required further treatment. The receptionist was very helpful and friendly. Would happily recommend Wingrave Vets.
My springer is now 13 years and slowing up but still enjoys his walks but then tires after. I took him to see the vet who found the large growth on near to his back passage was of concern. He was very helpful in advising what best to do and supported me when I I said that I just wanted him to just enjoy the rest of his life and he was understanding and supportive to this plan which I was grateful. It is very re-assuring to have a vet who manages one's animals so well.
Excellent practice they have been very good treating my cat and I really cannot recommend them more !
