Today I visited this place and I have a big complaint about the staff who work here. First I meet an unfriendly man, I didn't check if he was there, I greet him and he looks at me with such an evil look that I was shocked, I think it's the Team Leader because he was messing around on the shelves /fat/, then I ask for help with some products and the staff tells me the next shelf, but at my insistence they come and show me where the product is. Finally I go to pay for everything properly and there is an even more unpleasant evil face who is not professional or kind at all. Horrible, such behavior towards us customers is unacceptable!! They are there for us, not me for them. I will also meet the General Manager of Boots UK. Horrible!! Zdenka Heric dipl.oec. Google review.

Very rude small Indian woman on the main till made a rude gesture towards me and sarcastically said "thank you" as I walked out due to queues - when I questioned her she pretended she was talking to someone else. Shocking little shop, terrible customer service and incapable of delivering the basics. Time to admit that this shop is not fit for purpose. Switched pharmacy straight away and will be providing a picture of this rude little madam to head office.

The repeat prescription I have is (it was) at Boots Coulsdon,. Today tried to call them between 9.01 a.m and 13.18 pm, fifteen times I tried….every time my call was cancelled. So I drive down there. Waste of petrol not great for the environment which we are all supposed to be concerned about and as it’s very icy today, not ideal driving conditions……and a complete waste of time. On waiting to be served at the pharmacy, heard another customer complaining about this. Asked “Daryl” who would guess from his badge is the manager. He could not have cared less that no one answers the phone. This btw is not the first, second or third time this has happened, it has happened numerous times with the same reason given!. Asked why no one was answering the phone between 9.01 and 1.18 pm….and unfortunately not the first time ….reply, “the battery is dead on the phone”?! Have had this reason a number of times in the past. In this day and age is it really so difficult to recharge a phone, especially given the nature of their business and the size of the company? Daryl could not have cared less, apparently it was/is for me to report this to head office…..???!!! What amazing customer service….not! So……..as so fed up with the lack of service or manners at Boots Coulsdon, decided to call head office, you could not make it up….their answer machine states at least a 45 minute wait to speak to a human being…..surprised Boots are still in business. No wonder Daryl couldn’t care less. Who has 45 minutes to spare to report this? So have voted with my feet and hope others do too. Will give my business to one of the small independent pharmacies who hopefully value their customers. Phoned my doctors surgery and have had it transferred across to a small independent who picked the phone up within four minutes my calling! As an aside, there is one person who works in the pharmacy part time I believe and who is very helpful …..do not know his name and believe he is part time, maybe Daryl could take sone lessons from one of his staff? Unfortunately I will not be going back. Only given one star as no option to give none!

Great store with a great selection of products and with an onsite pharmacy as well as a vaccine clinic and well trained staff who are friendly and able give advice about the product and recommendations. I use the store frequently and find it very convenient for picking up prescriptions and other pharmaceutical products for my family.

They unplugged their phone just because they don't want to answer the phone (for over 3 days now). They didn't send me any notifications on my treatment order I need to collect. I checked in store twice they said I need to wait and come another day. On hold with customer service for 30 minutes. I gave up. Useless!

Always told we haven't enough points on our card, we'll we had 160 pts prior and got two items @ £1 each yet weren't allowed to get one item free with 100 of our points, not a friendly shop any more, will use Superdrug and Savers in future, much better deals too.
