   I studied the ABC course with Tony Pinkus on Bach Flower Essences and it was utterly life changing. The course was very well delivered, we got to practise on ourselves so we received first hand experience and any questions were answered. The Ainsworths Bach remedy kit is brilliant. It really turned the big questions of life on its' head and was an awakening and empowering weekend. Since learning this method, seeing how spot on it is, has been mesmerising. I have been building on what I learnt by practising on friends and family. I definitely recommend Tony and his ABC Bach Flower Course.

   My husband came into the store to buy me one of four suggested remedies for glue ear. He handed the paper to the woman who then proceeded to mix all 4 remedies into one container and charged him £20. How dumb is that? No recommended dosage was printed on the label, only the 4 different pastilles. Who in their right mind would mix 4 different medecines into one container? I sent Ainsworth an email to their enquiries and London office and never received a reply.

   Had one lady on the phone who was lovely, helpful and very knowledgable. Had another lady who picked up on the further two times I had questions who had a very rude tone and wasn't pleasant. I have just started taking the medicines so can't speak on efficacy.

   Whilst the staff are knowledgable , the shipping policy is a complete mess. Ten days wait time for supplements that are meant to make you feel better. When the post was not delivered within 4 days which is always the case, I was charged another £6 for postage and packaging which means basically putting two vials in an envelope w padding. The head office did not bother to reply to me. I was a loyal customer but will find an alternative.

   Knowledgeable and kind staff. Many interesting items. Extensive Dr. Bach remedies range, roller ball aromatherapy oils, shampoo, soap, toothpaste, homeopathy remedies, books, face creams, tincture etc etc. I knew what I was getting but I spoke to the staff and she helped me pick a few more. I was advised to pick Dr Bach’s by instinct. I then read what the ones I picked were for and I did get the ones I needed.

   I went to the pharmacy to buy a remedy which appeared being in stock on their website. After about 15 min in the shop( the wait there is never short) I was told that they don’t have the remedy but they are going to order it and I was asked to call them the next working day. I called as agreed and the person in the office who answered the phone was absolutely helpless and rude. She asked me to call back in 30 min and when I called back she just told me nobody ordered the remedy and hanged up the phone. Very very disappointed! I hope the pharmacists working there will want to take into consideration. I ordered the remedy somewhere else.
