If you go to ask a question, the pharmacist will make you look stupid and talk you down so I suggest going anywhere else if you have questions so don’t look so stupid.
Pharmacy provides repeat prescription services. I have ordered eye drops I need to use every day, the order form say that after prescription reach pharmacy it is 3 - 5 days usually before medicine is ready for collection. I got a message that my prescription is in Boots a day after, then nothing for next 7 days. It may happen that some issues occur with stock, delivery or something else. After 14 days I needed new bottle of drops so I went to the pharmacy to ask if my medicine is really not ready to be collected. Just to be informed that drops I need are out of stock in Boots and I need to try to find them in other pharmacy. They failed to let me know that for two weeks, who cares that someone may need their medicine? Shocking attitude which left me without drops I need for I don't know how long, what might lead to the damage to my eyes. If you care about your health, avoid this place. Because the stuff don't care at all.
Very sad place ... laughable how this young man was running around my black friend , making announcements and then not able to face the situation... thinking that we are going to steal something. Well , the managment obviously not doing their job. This place is on the way to be closed. Dirty, unmanaged.
I do not often go there for the following reasons: -poor selection of good on shelves -floor looks constantly dirty -security guard staring and following people (offensive behaviour, considering that I go there to SPEND my money) -totally lack of customer service at the till and shopfloor
This store is an absolute shambles. It’s physically the most rundown store I’ve seen, how a big brand like Boots can allow its name above broken doors, half empty shelves, awkward narrow spaces is beyond me. The staff were utterly disinterested and there’s even a paper sign at the till instructing “ring for service” like it’s the 1950’s and not a high street store in 2023. If your staffing is that bad you need to seriously look at recruitment. Also, I’m not sure if it’s the low ceilings, the bad lighting or the cramped layout but it just felt dingy. All round a really bad experience.
Horrible staff!!!!! Not helpful at all!I was asking 3 different staff for price of 1 product. All of them said totally different price . They been totally rude , and angry because I asked them something!!!
I was treated really badly by a woman working at the till yesterday, around lunch time. I attempted to use a gift card and she was requesting from me details about the remaining amount. She did not allow me to use my VISA credit card for the remaining amount and she asked me to pay cash. Then she called her manager, who did not allow me to speak and after some unpleasant verbal attacks by "the manager" she allowed me to use my visa card and completed the transaction. I asked to read the name of the worker at the till to make a complaint and she was covering it with her hand refusing to let me read it. It was awful and I hope I will never need to enter that shop again.
Pharmacy is awful Staff do not automatically serve you and are ignorant. Once you are then served you are met with staff that are rude, disinterested, unmotivated and not pleasant to deal with. Highly unprofessional, have changed pharmacy
My go-to place for meds, beauty and stuffs for kiddos. Not a lot of stock but decent and staff are friendly. Please note that the correct queue at the front till is to the far left, not in-between the Isles as does cause confusion often. I've asked them to put signage up since last year, no luck. If the security man is there, he's very helpful and points people in the right direction but confusion sets in when he's not there.
