   Was shopping around travel agents in and around castle street came into holiday lounge and had a really bad experience rude staff, wouldn’t go back, would rather book at Millington’s !

   Aimee has been looking after us for many years now and she is exceptional. The service we received from Aimee for our most recent trip to Vietnam and Cambodia to celebrate my wifes 50th birthday was outstanding and we simply can't thank her and the rest of the team enough. Every last detail was thought of by Aimee when she created the itinerary and all the hotels and excursions were perfect, THANK YOU AIMEE!

   Myself and my wife Helen have been using the Hinckley branch of Holiday Lounge since 2005 for all our overseas bookings. Paul and all his staff are always professional in listening and fulfilling our hopes for ‘once in a lifetime’ holidays. Our most recent excursion in February 2025 was their Northern Lights holiday in the Artic Circle. All protective clothing was provided so never any fear of getting cold; a level of common sense in thermal layers is required too obviously, all food is provided so no worries on finding or using your precious holiday time to find somewhere and all excursions are undertaken at a comfortable pace. Though the trip is promoted as a Northern Lights tour the other activities are actually just, if not more, memorable. All guides used are enthusiastic and no-one is left behind or made to feel inadequate if their level of fitness doesn’t match others. As a welcome bonus our tour also had Lisa from the Lutterworth branch and Zoe from Birstall. Though this obviously isn’t guaranteed every trip; for us it added an extra level of Holiday Lounge care and due diligence in what could be for some a remote area of the world to explore. Thank you Lisa, Zoe and the constant professionalism of the Holiday Lounge for arranging this most recent adventure for us.
