   We booked our September 2022 honeymoon to Turkey with Suitcase Travel. We let them know we were thinking of a weeks tour and then a week of relaxation, providing a guide on our budget. Penny sent us through a couple of options to decide which route to go down e.g. group or private tour and happily took onboard any feedback we had to make sure our honeymoon was exactly what we wanted. Penny & all those at Suitcase Travel have always been on hand to answer any queries we have and support us. As someone who normally does the holiday planning themselves it was lovely to let go of the reins for our honeymoon! Suitcase Travel will be our go to travel agents in future & would really recommend them!

   This was the most stress free holiday we’ve ever been on. Penny at Suitcase travel handled absolutely everything so we didn’t need to worry about a thing. There was great communication in a time where flights were being cancelled regularly which really reassured us - Penny even let us know about twilight bag drop off the night before our early morning flight as she knew I was anxious about the queues. The whole holiday ran so smoothly - we were picked up by private transfer (in a lovely airconned car) and the driver pointed out the local landmarks and let us get out at a view point en route to the hotel. The hotel Suitcase travel found us was stunning (amazing views across the whole bay of Naples including Vesuvius) and the staff excellent! The trip home ran just as smoothly. Suitcase travel provided contact details so that we could reach out if we needed assistance. 5* service, would highly recommend!!!

   Suitcase Travel handled our holiday to Sandals Antigua. Mike delivered superb customer service through our backed by a very efficient team. We were kept informed of every detail. Everything they said would happen, happened. First class in every respect. We wanted to return to Caribbean and Suitcase Travel was our first choice sadly COVID 19 prevented us from travelling, Mike handlers the postponement brilliantly.    I first used suitcase travel last year for a holiday to Egypt. The whole process was so good, no hard sell and they listen to what you like and don't like. The holiday we booked just happened to be with Thomas Cook, so obviously that didn't happen. But they were on the case. They sorted the refund out, found us another holiday, nothing was to much trouble. Highly recommend Suitcase Travel to anyone looking for a holiday. I have dealt with all 3 members of staff and they are all so friendly & helpful.

   Experienced family of professional travel agents. Suitcase Travel booked an amazing holiday for us to Thailand. We gave them a budget and they did the rest. We had an exceptional time that exceeded all expectations. In addition Suitcase Travel booked a holiday for us to Canada with lots of tours again within the budget we set them. Regrettably it was cancelled but Suitcase Travel ensured we received a full refund. It was reassuring to have them to deal with this for us. Again exceptional service. Can’t wait to book with them again as soon as we can travel.

   Very recently back from Las Vegas, a trip that was all booked through Suitcase Travel as a surprise for my wife's birthday. All arrangements were excellently executed; airport transfers, extra trips we booked like the evening helicopter ride along the strip and Grand Canyon visit, fantastic stay at the Venetian Resort, etc. It was a trip of a lifetime and so much more to see if we can go back there.
