Just now I went in to collect a prescription. Paid, felt it was a bit light, opened package and sure enough, no inhalers. Now, im doing this at the counter, unmoved, so clearly not complete in what i came for or should have. The women on the counter had already wandered off and was just chatting with colleagues out the back, so after a few minutes of being on the phone to my pharmacy, they sent through a barcode to my phone. I called the lady over who took great annoyance at her convo with colleagues being interrupted by something as annoying as a.customer, and with a look of thunder in her face she strolled over and sarcastically says 'sorry, tills closed, come back tomorrow. This is just lazy and uncaring in a role where you are positioned to help people medically, not flex your job role. She had no idea how time sensitive whatever medication I needed might be and clearly is not deserving of the role she is working in. Disgusting human being, ill be having my prescriptions sent elsewhere from now and registering a complaint with their customer services.

Visited the store today met a sales assistant called Abbey who worked on the Clarins counter. I have to say she’s an asset to the store, she was very informative and extremely helpful.

Unbelievably slow service at the pharmacy. Medicines counter not staffed. Long waits for simple service. Other than security guard, no visible staff on floor to ask for help. Better to buy online; service like this is why the high street is dying.

Had my flu vaccine at Boots Whitgift centre today. The pharmacist who did my vaccine was so kind and gentle. I don’t even have an achy arm!! What a true professional. Excellent service highly recommend

Great store. Very well organised with great ambiance. You can find almost anything. For kids women and men. Price are reasonable. Our experience was good as we used the automatic payment options so we don’t jas to deal with staff. Worth visiting if you’re looking for everything under one roof.

A good store to buy beauty, medication, other health items and a wide range of other things. Not forgetting that you can have your eyes tested as well as have your passport photos taken at this store.

Boots is a very good store, when others fail you, they can meet most of your needs. I have always found they offer great deal on glasses. I also remember working at when I was 15 years after school so have supported Croydons community for years.

The situation from today I bought two things in boots, I went to the self-service checkout, I paid and did not take the receipt. If the machine asks if it wants a receipt, it is my decision and the store should be prepared for the eventuality that someone does not take the receipt. Coming out of the store, the security guard stopped me and started shouting at the whole store that I had stolen. He did not listen to my explanations, he started shouting at the whole store that I did not have a receipt and I stole it! I tell him that I will show him the bank status that I paid. I understand it's his job, but the first time I've ever had a security guard is so mean. Unfortunately, the security guard was so rude and rude that he snatched these two things from my hands and shouted that I had stolen. I like the boots shop, but if this security guard doesn't know how to work with people, he shouldn't get this job. For this Menger acted professionally and apologized to me. I only expected the security guard to apologize to me, not the manager. I am very sorry that I was treated like this by the security guard.

I find most staff helpful at Boots, but when it comes to the beauty section I find some not attentive or just wanting to sell you something & get u out. I returned there after an hour as the EL lady was on break, I went over to her and asked if I could have a colour match on foundation. No smile, no small task, just walked straight to the drawer to get all the shade bottles to test out. I had to ask her what each of the shades were as she put 3 on side of my face. I felt a little uncomfortable, as though you're wasting their precious time! I prefer going to department stores up London as find they are more helpful & accomodating.
