I've had the best experience at Vets4Pets Blackheath, they've looked after my puppy so well from an emergency appointment to his neutering, vaccinations and general checkups. They are very friendly and he is always scrambling to get up the stairs to see the team.

Really wanted to write a review as I've always had the best experience at this location. Took our kitten to be neutered recently and the staff here have been so accommodating, helpful, kept me in the loop and let me know about every detail of the procedure and how it went. When we called for some advice the next morning they went above and beyond to help and put us at ease. Thank you so much!

I couldnβt be happier with the care my pet received at Vets4Pets. The staff were incredibly kind, patient, and professional throughout the entire visit. They took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure my pet was comfortable and well looked after. It's clear they genuinely care about animals. Highly recommend Vets4Pets for anyone looking for trustworthy and compassionate veterinary care!

We've had a wonderful experience at Vets4Pets Blackheath with our spaniel - for vaccines, parasite treatment, help with long term hip problems and help with a swallowed sock! The staff are always so friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Millie especially has gone out of her way to befriend our pup!

βIβve had such a positive experience with this veterinary practice. From the moment we walked in, the staff made us feel welcome and reassured. The vets are knowledgeable and genuinely caring, taking the time to answer all my questions and explain treatment options thoroughly. They always go the extra mile to make sure my pet feels safe and well cared for. Itβs clear they love what they do, and that gives me real peace of mind. I would wholeheartedly recommend this practice to any pet owner looking for professional and compassionate care.β A big thank you to Denni & Niamh that are always calming my dog Bobby down every time they are in duty.

This practice is money savvy and does not have your animals best interest at heart. They will overcharge, over diagnose, not take into account your pets age or quality of life. Itβs all about making a buck in the end. Have spent thousands and received appalling care multiple times. Stay away! There are much nicer vets in the area.

My cat was attended by a very friendly and professional vet. We had a nice chat about my cat's health/weight and I was given a good advice on nutrition and type of foods and how to potentially reduce my cat's weight. I was also given some warming and flea drops and it was made clear to me that I did not need to pay as I was on a Health Plan. It was smooth pleasant and the information was very useful.

Don't ever agrree to overpay upfront for any extra procedures they maybe have to do. We have two cats and have had scan and anastasia for one of our cat before at their clinic which cost us Β£400, this time they asked us to pay upfront for another procedure aswell and told us the scan will now cost Β£430 but it maybe required to take a sample wich will cost another Β£566 and we agreed to it. I then confirmed with the receptionist that they will refund us the remaining money if the second procedure wasn't necessary, I even had her writing it down on paper to confirm that they will refund us the remaining Β£566 if they didn't go ahead with the second procedure. We where then called much later yesterday and told that they wanted our permission to give anastasia while they where shaving him because he was being aggressive before the scan. My husband and I made sure to ask if it required extra charges and if it was covered by the scan charges and they said yes an assured us that it was all covered no extra charges!. Well to our shock it was an extra charge and they refused to efund us for the second procedure that wasn't done. We only got refunded Β£310. I have never ever experienced such a dishonest veterinary before. My husband and I have decided that we will cancel our care plan and never use their clinic again. It's a really shocking and disappointing experience, we have been customers for many years and this is how we got treated!!!

Is a shame I canβt give 0 stars. Think twice before registering your pets here. I went to the Blackheath practice today and the receptionist was completely rude from the beginning, she didnβt want to give me her full name but apparently her first name is Simone. She didnβt answer any of my queries and didnβt even bother to follow procedures. Is a shame you have people so heartless as a face of this practice. I donβt feel confident to take my pet there anymore. I really think this should be followed up

Botched surgery on my dog. Was given a different reason for the extended recovery time with every visit, allergic to stitches, infection, anxiety and so on. Previously found the vets to be quite rude also. Having said that the nurses and receptionists have always been friendly and helpful.
