   Staff were friendly, however the pharmacist who gave me a check up for a throat infection wouldn't give me penicillin/antibiotics in case I built up an immunity! He used his phone light to have a quick glance and failed to notice the symptoms of a viral infection. Went to Boots who asssed me correctly and prescribed me medication. Perfect example of the Authority Fallacy in action.

   Following a referral from 111 about my poorly nearly5 year old, I ended up calling here as it was one of the only pharmacies still open at the time (8.45pm). Spoke to the MOST helpful pharmacist who answered all my questions, and I felt at ease to even ask the ‘stupid’ questions too. I ended the call feeling so positive and listened to, which doesn’t happen as often as it should. AMAZING service, thank you :)
