I give 5stars for the weightless clinic 1st consultation. The gentleman I saw was very passionate about the service he was giving in the weight loss clinic. The consultation was very detailed & educational/ informative. I could tell he wanted the very best results for me as a patient. He was friendly, welcoming & professional.
I visited this pharmacy for a simple travel vaccine, and unfortunately the experience was extremely disappointing. What should have been a quick appointment turned into a 50-minute consultation, almost all of which was spent with the practitioner trying to upsell additional vaccines that I had neither requested nor needed. Only in the final few minutes was I finally given the vaccine I originally came in for — a process that took about 30 seconds. I wasn’t even informed of the cost of the additional vaccines until I specifically asked. I would not recommend this clinic for anyone with health anxiety or for those who tend to worry about travel health. The extended focus on upselling made it feel as though I was being scared into believing I was at high risk for multiple illnesses, which was completely unhelpful. Overall, I would not return.
Safys Chemist is always so helpful and friendly. The staff really care and go out of their way to make sure you get what you need. Really good service and great advice every time!

5 Stars – Excellent Travel Vaccine Service I had a fantastic experience at Safy’s Chemist when preparing for an upcoming trip. They were incredibly knowledgeable about all the necessary travel vaccines and took the time to explain each one, including potential side effects and why they were recommended for my destination. The consultation with Asif was thorough, and I felt completely confident and informed by the end of the appointment. Asif considered my ethical and dietary requirements and checked the contents of the vaccinations to ensure they were free of animal products! The vaccinations were administered efficiently and with care. I was even provided with a bite sized vaccination booklet which is super handy for reference of when my vaccinations are due in the future and how long I am covered for. I highly recommend this chemist for anyone needing travel health advice—professional, friendly, and reassuring from start to finish.

Good service and helpful staff. Maybe invest in a better phone as the lady struggled to hear me on the phone when I called and when I came to collect my medicine I could hear her struggling with another customer.
This Pharmacy is Notorious they disconnected there fone line so that no one can call Phone line is coming disconnected
