   This small little boots pharmacy in Syston is a legend, they listen, and can be so helpful wirh dealing, with descriptions, blood pressure and much much more. Ive been coming here for years, and I must say the young lady pharmacist is so lovely, easy to talk to and is genuinely concerned for her patient's, shame the doctors don't do the same. However this review is about Boots the chemist, they are good with customers and their description needs, and also there to offer other support, such as blood pressure on the day, or a private 1 to 1 consultation.

   Boots Pharmacy in Syston is absolutely brilliant! While it’s true they’re often busy with queues, the level of customer service they provide more than makes up for it. The staff are always friendly, professional, and go out of their way to assist you, no matter how hectic it gets. A special mention goes to the pharmacist who works there—she is truly amazing. Her knowledge, patience, and willingness to help make such a difference. You can tell she genuinely cares about her customers and ensures everyone gets the best possible service. Overall, despite the wait times, this is a fantastic pharmacy that you can trust for excellent care and support. Highly recommended!

   I go off peak times so easy to get served quickly. It’s a small place .. it seems it’s more about collecting Prescription. Staff are friendly enough. I did have my blood pressure taken there as a free check they offered me.

   Being reliant on various medications, this pharmacy has been on the frontline during the pandemic, always open (except Sundays) and always helpful on queries. The NHS online app prescription orders works extremely well here. Well done to all the staff here, especially the regulars.

   I won't use boots again due to terrible customer service. They never had medication on time and the staff are rude. The queue is out of the door and they only allow one in and one out. This means that when someone books a consultation with a pharmacist in the side room, everyone has to wait outside until this is finished. I waited for over an hour to pick up a prescription the other day and there was no apology for the delay and staff were arrogant and rude. I've changed to another pharmacy and haven't had any issues with them

   I can't really complain. I have repeat prescriptions sent through electronically and they text me when its ready. The only times I have had problems is with my new doctors. If I take one in I don't expect it to be ready straight away because they are dealing with so many patients. They are always friendly and helpful. The only thing is that it should have been built larger as its coping with so many people and just haven't got the space. I have moved to Quorn but kept the same pharmacy. That speaks volumes.

   Shocking service Have been with them for the past 3 month and on each occasion they have ether not gotten in what we had ordered even with them being on repeat prescription or have had to wait over an hour because they have missed placed one of the items. Its is very small and no one seems to know what they are doing at any time. The last straw came when we called up to make sure that our repeat prescription would be ready only to be told that we had not set up the repeat on any of the medicines that we have, when this was done the very 1st month that we joined up..... we told them that we will be moving to Well Pharmacy as from now on. they are ridicules and playing with peoples heath and wellbeing with there poor service
