   Had a wonderful experience at this pharmacy! The staff were attentive and friendly especially given how busy it was. It felt fresh and airy inside with a great selection of over the counter medication (I was there for cough syrup). I've since switched my pharmacy to this one for my prescriptions as well as being my go to for assistance and advice - Italian clear the staff are knowledgeable and helpful.

   Had a lovely experience at the pharmacy today. Spoke to Nayan who is the pharmacy manager and he was very polite and reassured me that I will get my repeat medication by the next day. He answered many questions and he was very professional and could explain to me that my repeat meds will be delivered on time and that I did not need to worry. Lovely professional service.

   I just wanted to say what a fantastic job the new pharmacist manager and the team are now doing. It was clear before it was a bit chaotic but the manager has brought some order and structure as well as giving a service that is efficient as well as introducing some wonderful accessible service. This pharmacy team does an amazing job under very challenging circumstances. They often have to manage patients who don’t always understand how prescriptions work or how medicines should be taken, yet they handle every situation with patience and professionalism. Even when customers can be demanding or frustrated, the staff take time to explain things clearly and calmly. Their dedication, knowledge, and compassion really stand out — I’m grateful for the service they provide to the community. Highly recommend and continue the good work you guys do!

   While the counter staff were polite and professional, I was extremely disappointed with the pharmacist’s behaviour. The pharmacist was rude and demonstrated a complete lack of professional conduct when dealing with me. When I asked him to be more polite, he became argumentative and said he is not going to attend me. I explained that if such behaviour continued, I would take my prescriptions elsewhere. He responded that he did not care. For a registered healthcare professional to say they do not care about patients is both unacceptable and deeply unprofessional. Pharmacists are entrusted with patient care, and such behaviour undermines trust in the service. As a result, I have already moved my prescriptions to another pharmacy. I believe this matter requires serious attention.

   I bought a medical dressing here and noticed it had already expired (EXP:29 Nov 2024). Selling expired medical supplies can be dangerous. Please check your stock more carefully.

   Went for my vaccine and they were very nice and friendly. I could also see the dividers placed around the till and hand sanitisers. The parking lot is quite a good size and the pharmacy looks clean and modern.
