   After the pharmacy at my surgery could not supply my prescription due to it being out of stock, I tried another local but unavailable. I spent a long time ringing pharmacies in my area and beyond. Very frustrating as I spent time with unanswered phone calls and being told unavailable. Omcare was the first one to suggest an alternative (but the same). I was told to ask the doctors to change prescription and they would have it ready for me. Excellent, helpful service both on the telephone and in the shop. I did buy other meds while there which I felt were overpriced but would recommend Omcare and it will be my first choice if pharmacies in future.

   They are a con. Went to get an antacid bottle as i suffer from severe heartburn. So i buy this particular non branded medicine regularly. I heard the assistant ask one of the ladies how much is the bottle?, she laughed and said "charge him X amount, we'll make a quick £5 profit", and they both laughed. Absolutely disgusting... I know how much these bottles cost as i buy them regularly and they just ripped me off. I did tell the assistant that you have conned me and we both know it.. he smiled and took my money. Stay away from this conning business.

   I would give this pharmacy 0 stars if I could. The guy behind the counter didn't seem to show any care and was giving me some horrible looks whilst I was in pain. I waited to see the pharmacist for some antibiotics to treat my uti. Once he took me in he was huffing and puffing and seemed like he didn't care. He was going through a document and asking me questions. I knew exactly what I had and desperately needed antibiotics to stop the pain. I asked if I could use their toilet and was turned away, in these situations it's not possible to hold your urine when it's so painful and burning. He wouldn't give me the antibiotics due to not matching the symptoms on his sheet and said I need to call 111 as the ones he will give me will not stop the pain. Clearly he didn't know much if he's going through a checklist ! I will never recommend or come back to this pharmacy again, they clearly have no care and don't seem to know what they are doing. It's the worst pharmacy I've been to. Thankfully I got my antibiotics I needed straight after from another pharmacy who didn't need a checklist! They were so helpful and very caring and my pain stopped within 1 hour of taking them.

   We had 2 covid tests for travelling. The results came back promptly and were negative. The lab though put it onto the nhs website as positive. We then got emails and text messages asking us to upload the positive result on the nhs app. Their attitude was to ignore it. They made countless promises to contact the lab and ring me back. They did this only once. They made be very nice and polite but the customer service is so bad it is unbelievable.

   Just been for my booster. I'm in a wheelchair, the receptionist didn't know to get me into the building, just said to go round the side. load of doors so didn't know which one. Tried to get in but there was still steps and have hurt my foot in the process. Eventually got a ramp in another door. Very steep though. Not impressed

   Very friendly staff and OTC prices are very competitive compared to other pharmacies. eg. Chlorhexidine mouth wash 300ml selling for £1.50, others selling for $5.50 (rip-off)
