Never has my prescription ready. The whole point of the GP surgery sending the prescription directly to the pharmacy is so that it is ready to just collect. Instead, this pharmacy chooses to wait and not dispense the item until the customer goes to collect, and then each and every time, tells me that I need to come back as they need to order the stock. What is the point of getting the prescription sent directly to you if you are going to wait for me to come and then tell me to come back and pick it up another time. This has not only happened once, but happens every single time I get the prescription prescribed. We try to support private small businesses but please help us to support you by actually providing what you set out to provide.
