   The guy serving behind the counter here seems to think he's god! He's refused to sell over the counter cough medicine to my 80 year old widowed mother, with early stage dementia, twice now and yesterday also refused to sell her over the counter indigestion medicine. What he doesn't understand is that my mum just jumps on the bus and goes and gets it from Tesco and probably for a cheaper price! My mum shouldn't have to go to the inconvenience of this though, especially at her age! She's been using this local pharmacy probably since before this guy was even born... not any more though! Disgusting behaviour towards my mother! He should be ashamed of himself!

   If I could give zero stars that would be my preference. I went to collect a prescription 10 mins prior to their closing time. Te door was locked and the shutters down. I knocked on the window and the pharmacist and his staff indicated with gestures that they were closed. I'm walking away then I see another customer go to the door looking as perplexed as i did going round the side of the shop. he was greeted by the pharmacist nd looked like he was getting served as try were leaving I asked why I wasn't served he said what do you need nd give him break am I not grateful I'm getting served now! No I'm not thank you very much because you had mins earlier ushered me away How outrageous lying and conniving can you get
