   Only gave one star because I can’t give zero. Important medication was supposed to be delivered last Thursday but nothing. Called and they said it was their mistake and would be delivered today. Nothing. Disgraceful. Lies lies lies! 18/4/24 same issue all over again. Believe me if I could get this medication from somewhere else I would. Disgraceful! Medication not delivered yet again with no explanation. Inept!

   Have had to have medications delivered for the last six months and theyve managed to deliver on time, when they say they will, once. They have lied repeatedly and I have spent so many days sitting at home waiting for medication that doesnt turn up., even after several calls to organise it! Have now given up as will be left this week with no medication so reported them to GPhC.

   Always had to queue for ages. Doesn't matter now though, as it is permanently closed. Lloyds Pharmacy is on site, nearer the main entrance.
