This chemist is fantastic have always been helpful whenever I've been in,staff are amazing and any questions I want to ask if unsure the pharmacist is there and to support any needs
My household switched to mattocks earlier this year after having nothing but problems with my previous pharmacy in the handling of our prescriptions and they have been great! Friendly staff and never had an issue my prescriptions are always ready on time.Thank you
It's under new management and nice and clean the service got better and very helpful
So releived to hear this pharmacy is under new management!! My partner went back in today and signed us back up for mattocks. They were really helpful and welcoming :)
Terrible service!!! Staff are extremely rude and unfriendly, Always get your orders wrong and are not sorry for the inconvenience they caurse. Change their prescription rules and expect you to be psychic about knowing them. Go to any other pharmacy this one is a joke.
Awful! The most unwelcoming, unfriendly, unhelpful, disinterested staff I've ever come across in a pharmacy (apart from the blonde lady) - treat you like a leper when you go in, everything seems to be a problem for them and just downright rude and miserable overall, hardly any eye contact. I go there for pure convenience and nothing else - I don't recommend it to anyone I know.
